Had the company come out, responded to all questions for hvac, yet only able to offer Maytag brand for install for hvac inverter. Was given a quote, given pictures for flows as every company does on air handler unit. Then the company was granted Syncrony funding, had to back out of this by next morning. The company installed an air unit very large window unit for providing air, yet was installed wrong so insulation was blown through all vents as well as upstairs, entire home was covered in yellow, peach, and pink insulation not including all the particles. As you walked through home just 2 hrs after machine was running of course we took out of the house to run errands. So upon return I could not breathe. I have asthma w/copd so tried to cover the machine to provide the filtration but started choking, throat closed, unable to breathe, coughing, struggling to get to my nebulizer upstairs, ****** nose began and barely got through treatment, lungs hurt bad. Deep cleaning including steaming of walls in entire home for 7 hrs on. I was not able to have a meal until 6Am roughly which was 15$ wasted. Our bunnies which are very sensitive all there build food "hay" expensive was ruined, as well as all the washing that had to be done including vacuuming, etc. this was a mess and so stressful for us. I contacted the company and the window additional unit they provided was new but this other one was not and they stated it was clean, yet the filter when wiped was black and sticky. So Next day morning timeframe owner and tech/sales guy came out. I was too ill from what had happened to get up. My husband was told by tech/sales guy that it was offered to have two new window units, thar is not true. They stated they only had one. So the names I am referencing are: *************************** ************ ******* (including his wife *****). Other than that we might have allowed services. Never any services after what happened though.
