I am active duty military moving to **! i called about a property listing i have 2 dogs and 1 cat. one of my dogs is a registered emotional support animal! i was refused based on the breed of one of my dogs ( the emotional support one) and told that thew can not rent to me due to his breed and they only allow 2 pets maximum. they refused to work with me i let them know that i am military and moving on order and all they could say was we can not rent to you due to reasons listed above.Review from Oriana U

Worst management EVER literally the manager Queen just hang up on me while we were talking. We just moved out and they dont want to give us the deposit back saying that they did couple of things to the house and we left the house in PERFECT CONDITIONS (I have videos and receipts of what I did before I left) Im asking for the receipts of the maintenances they did and they dont want to send me anything. I know by the law that they have to send me all the receipts for what they want to charge me. If they dont do it they need to give me my deposit back because we left the house in PERFECT CONDITIOS, we changed the ac filters monthly, we paid for deep cleaning, we had a person cleaning and fix the backyard, etc. I cant believe that the MANAGER QUEEN just hang up on my face literally and its just because they dont know what to answer me and they just dont want to give me my money back. I will take this to my lawyers if necessary!Review from MQu!N

This property management agency is horrible! I rented a home on the north side of ***********. When it was turned into me, the fridge was filled with mold and leaks across the kitchen. Secondly, the walls were full of holes and scratches. I reported it to their team and until I complained, they sent someone to clean the fridge only. The holes and scuffs on the wall were never addressed.A couple of months later, the dishwasher stops working. I submit a request and when the repair team, which is a third party, states that the dishwasher needs to be replaced. I don't hear back from anyone. This request was submitted over 4 months ago. I have called multiple times and no one ever gets back to me. I pay over $2000/month on this home.This has been the worst experience I've ever had with any property management agency. Please avoid renting any property from them. If you want your property to make you any money, I suggest you avoid using them as your property management team.
