Very unorganized group and dishonest in their business practices. If you order equipment from them (pool access FOBs or Gate access FOBs they will not work until you fill out waivers that dont even apply. They will charge you and send you a nonworking product. They proudly boast, until you comply with their teams various offices. They will not fix or refund you money. Be Aware they have NO Customer Support or Service for the **************************, No phone to reach and if you may or may not get your Email reply too. Due to a recent storm, our roof sustained damage that needed to be repaired fairly quickly. I didn't have time to obtain approval from Spectrum for the replacement roof. I had the work done and submitted the paperwork and photos of the new roof. Spectrum approved the color and roof the very next day.Review from jose u
