I have called the number844 ******** and asked them to stop sending my Tax information. I get one if these every week in the mail.i do not wish to use thier service but keep getting these cards in mail.

A review of records revealed 2 tax delinquent accounts for this prospect and there were no records of requests not to receive mailed solicitations. Certainly happy to remove from future mailers. The most recent mail sent was August 4, 2024 and another appears to have already been sent by not logged into the system for tracking purposes. Customer can see date on the mail pieces and should not see any future mail beyond those dates but may receive the mail well into the future depending on the delivery schedules of the USPS.
Because this was a complaint that did not involve a customer and instead is a prospect asking to be removed from solicitations we would ask that the complaint be closed and not held for reporting purposes as a customer complaint.

I received a postal card from the company on 02/17/22. It is an offer to loan money to pay my property taxes. The information on the card implies that litigation from the tax office will occur if the taxes are not paid now. There is no full disclosure of what the loan would cost. I have also shown this card to my tax office. They advised against using this service.At this time I don't owe any property taxes.Business response

The business denies every allegation made in this complaint and asks that it be removed. The business asks to review the exact advertisement because it does not engage in the act of suggesting a lawsuit has been filed unless it has. In addition the business pulled the records today 2.21.22 from the county website showing a current balance due of $3,856.11 (statement is attached to this response). The customer has every right to choose which companies to work with and to do what is best for their family. The business supports that whole heartedly. This business only attempts to let the consumer know their options.
Based on the response from the consumer the company is happy to remove them from future mailings. *********** would ask that the consumer and the BBB determine this complaint to be invalid and removed from the profile as it is unfair to the business to have incorrect statements of fact in a complaint.
