Would not recommend this company unless you have the means to pay extra to fix their mistakes. Saw their sign and decided to give them a try since we like to support small and local business.Initial consultation was impressive and we were excited to get our new countertops. Encouraged by the quick appointment for installation although there seemed to be a little confusion on scheduling their recommended plumber. But things happen so we werent too concerned as it all worked out. Until the actual installation.Measurements were incorrect on the depth of the kitchen counters causing the 1/4 up to 1 gap between the tile back and counter. Several tiles taken off in the bathroom and not reinstalled. Plus they took these tiles with them so we couldnt even use them to have someone else fix the issue.Called before paying the installers and was assured by both **** and ** that this was their mistake and they would correct it. Was told to purchase additional tile and send pics so they could schedule said correction. In good faith, we paid the installers over $2,000 and they left. Still being assured these things would be corrected.The last conversation was on July 5th after sending the attached pics. It is now July 13th and we have yet to hear from them. We ended up paying $1,000 additional for another contractor to fix these issues.We understand things happen and would have been okay had they actually taken care of the issues. But apparently they cannot even be bothered to call back, much less fix their mistakes that they admitted were their mistakes.

This company placed the counter tops and all was good, but the minute I called them and showed what had happen now they are a no show. First call they were polite and they said that they would call back in 24hr to schedule an appointment for repairs. 4 days later nothing, so I had to call back and I got the same. A day latter I had to call back and it would go straight to voice mail and now I am stuck with a separation on the counter top. It's now been over a month and i cant get anything from them. Think twice before using them.

Without any question or hesitation, Granite Brothers is the absolute ************* we have ever tried to do business with. They were so unprofessional, so insensitive, so difficult to even talk to after they got their money it just defies comprehension. They used substandard materials, they wouldnt return phone calls, they refused to honor their contract - it has been terribly frustrating and disappointing. I would not even recommend them to a worst enemy. When I finally got them to take my call I was literally cursed at and literally threatened with bodily harm!! I dont use swear words and at almost 68 years old I am not going to threaten anyone. I think because we are elderly they would just intimidate us. These people are like no one I have ever seen in my entire life.

We are a cabinet shop that used these guys. They don't service their customers. Not even a phone call. Once they have your money....they won't give you the time of day!We stopped using them due to this. Expensive product to have a curb side warranty on their work!We recommend you don't use them.
