This company just offered me $30,000 for a property with 2 lots together, water connection, septic, electical hookup, two RV set **** backs to a greenbelt and a small house built in 2022. Two lots, same size, bare land, no water, no septic, no electricity, on the same street, one lot over, sold last year for $48,000. The house one lot over on the other side, about the same size house, on one lot, is going on the market for $189,900. I was completely insulted by this offer. They should be ashamed to have even called me back with an offer like that. It's a total waste of time even contacting this company. I had to give them one star just to be able to post on here. I would actually five them minus 10 stars if I could. Just absolutely insulting.

Beware! **** is super shady! I was in one of the mobile homes he bought and after a year of ignoring me he threw me out of my home and still he completely ignored any communication. He is not a people person for sure!

I unfortunately can not recommend Bihlster Enterprises LLC DBA (doing business as) Murphy Home Buyers. Potential Lenders/partners beware of this guy & learn from my experience. I've NEVER had to leave a review like this for one of my borrowers, but at this point I am at a loss of what else to do to get my money back. I loaned Several Hundred Thousand dollars to Bihlster Enterprises, LLC DBA Murphy Home Buyers, so he could buy 5 mobile homes and as of today the loan matured over 7 months ago but he wont answer the phone, or my texts, or emails requesting why he hasnt made a payment since April 2023 (its September 2023) or When he is going to pay me back. The last communication I received from the owner was on mid July 2023 (its now September 22, 2023 and still NO RESPONSE, despite several calls, emails and texts asking when he will be paying me back).He let the property insurance lapse so I had to pay several thousand dollars for insurance out of my own pocket to make sure the homes were covered, the ********************** has gone unpaid so I paid the *** thousands of dollars to catch the accounts for these properties up so they didnt put another lien on the properties. The taxes are unpaid as well (his responsibility). It seems as though he has now blocked my number, and blocked me from every social media account so I can't leave reviews on his ******** or instagram to keep me from exposing this situation to his followers (He still posts every day how great his business is doing and looking for more private lenders). All while he still has my money that was supposed to be paid back months ago. WHAT KIND OF PERSON does that to someone who trusted them with this much money!?!? I understand issues come up in real estate investing but I am just at a loss as to why he is not at least communicating about whats going on. I am completely in the dark here.This is insane how you treat your private lenders. Why are you ghosting with my money??

Murphy Home Builders is top notch. As an investor, I could tell that the Murphy team had not only my best interests at heart but also the home buyers and sellers too. The properties performed exactly like the pitch decks and the team did exactly what they said they would. Men and women of their word and proud to do business with them!

Im always skeptical of these home buying companies but these guys really changed my perspective. Very transparent and honest with me which is the most important thing when making big decisions like selling my home.
