In late 2020/early 2021 I went through the process of selling my fathers home after he passed away. I was approached by *************************, owner, where I got a good faith $100 ****. The house was looked at and I was told because of the extensive repairs needed I would be given a payment/exact price after more evaluations. They are now ignoring my calls, emails, and I know for a fact the house is rented out so I am beyond entitled to my money.

Hi ****, I am so sorry you feel you are still owed money...I've attached the documents you signed agreeing to sell any interest you had in the property.  There is no mention of payments after closing and in our 24 years of service we have never verbally promises additional monies post closing without supporting documentation like a Note and Deed of Trust.
Our documentation is not consisting with your claim.  It indicates we reached out to you about selling the house late summer 2020 and during our initial communications you were not even aware that the house had not been foreclosed by the bankbecause as you know, payments had not been made since your fathers death a couple years earlier so you and your sister assumed the bank took the house back.   So when we reached out to you, you were not even aware the house had not foreclosed as stated you wanted nothing to do with it.
Since there was a still a large balance on the loan, about two years of back payments, an ***************, and a house in serious disrepair from abandonment (with some windows being left open and exposed to the elements and neighborhood critters to use) our agreement was to simply pay was was owed to the bank and HOA.  The eminent foreclosure was looming as well, so you and your sister agreed to work with us so you would get the house out of your fathers name and releasing either of you of any potential liabilities.
We put in significant effort to get to a point to where you could transfer legal ownership with title insuranceall on our dime and paid you for your involvement which was all you wanted at the time as well as possibly getting a few personal items out of the house.
Im sorry you feel we owe you money and would be happy to discuss with you anything further.
      Best Regards,
      Steve

I am rejecting this response because:

I am very disappointed that it has come to such extreme lengths to get you to respond and hold a conversation with me, *****.

I would not have just signed away the house to anyone without some sort of compensation for a number of reasons, but the primary one being that since my father did not leave me or my sister as responsible parties to his estate, payments (liens, HOA fees, etc) would not have fallen on our shoulders to remedy.  Yes, you have done considerable amount of work and effort but I went with a business that buys homes, cash and all, for profit to themselves to flip so that I would have some sort of financial support for other responsibilities.

It could have been quite easy for me to just allow the bank to take the house if I was not wanting at least some small compensation for myself and my sister, but did not go that route.

Again, it is very disappointing that I tried calling and emailing your business a number of times before reaching out to the BBB for any communication with yourself to be facilitated.

      Regards,

      *******************
