We have officially been in our Everview home a little over a year now and decided it was time to write a review. Everview is a semi-custom home builder that offers higher end fixtures and features standard in their builds. We were a first time home buyer, new to the whole process and decided to sign our contract with them in October of 21. Our estimated time of completion was 10 months from the start of construction. Land clearing began at the end of December and construction began shortly thereafter. We met with our Superintendent ****** who was friendly, experienced and always readily available to answer any and all questions. As with any construction project there are going to be differences of opinions and discrepancies along the way. All issues were handled by the Director of Operations or the owner **** quickly and professionally. We needed to be in our home by September and decided to go ahead and close even though we still had 20+ items on the punch list (some that were pretty big items) that still needed to be addressed. Over the next 30 days ****************** superintendent, made sure all items were complete and worked around my work schedule to get them done. Overall we had a good experience and love our home!! Would recommend to anyone looking for a custom home at an affordable price point. ************Review from Rich E

Can I give zero stars?? Everview has been the worst experience of my life. If you are considering them and *********************** or ******************* I'd advise you to run away as quickly as you can. They are dishonest and hire sub standard contractors. Too many issues to cite ... These guys are crooks !! And do really crappy work !Review from Rowdy G

This apartment complex completely robbed me of my deposit. I signed a 9 month lease with them with the understanding they would charge me extra since I was not signing a year. I agreed to that. I was working temporarily in Spring Branch, and so did not spend much time in this apartment as I was constantly going home to ******* to be with my family. I ended up leaving that job early and did not even stay the remainder of the 3 months in said apartment. There was no one there to make the "damages" they claimed I made. As a result they gave me a whole $200 out of the $1400 deposit. Claiming it was to "paint" the apartment. I am extremely dissatisfied with these people's dishonesty. If I indeed had made the damages they claim I did, I would not mind them keeping my deposit, however I did not. The survey they make you fill out at the beginning of move in even stated these things were like this Before I moved in. I would like these people investigated as I have read other reviews of dissatisfied tenants and wonder how many people they have lied to and robbed money from.

I own a beautiful Everview home in ******, *****. This builder is simply FANTASTIC. I looked for almost a year in 2019 and 2020. EVERYTHING out there? ...was the Boxy Boxy Garbage. EXCEPT EVERVIEW.Everview blew me away with their amazing semi-custom homes at an out of this world affordable price point. Eleven foot beautiful recessed ceilings, eight foot doors, beautiful elevations, fantastic master bathrooms, and a dream kitchen are what I have in my **** plan by Everview. I also have beautiful tile and I upgraded wood floors in my bedrooms. The **** plan I purchased has custom beautiful spacious windows, **** fixtures and the master bedroom is truly a work of art with recessed walls and second level windows that masterfully allow huge amounts of natural light into my home. I watched Everview build this home for me from framing to finish and I can tell you that THERE IS NO OTHER BUILDER OUT THERE THAT COMPARES TO EVERVIEW in home quality and precision build, in my opinion. I worked with ******** ******** ****. They are courteous, professional and they know how to get the job done. It's been a year now and the home is in Stellar condition with only a few minor flaws that Everview has fixed timely. I HIGHLY recommend purchasing a brand new home from Everview.Everview Homes Response

This Home Builder is a scam. They lure unsuspecting buyers into signing a contract to buy their dream home. Then the shady owner (his name is *******************) takes that contract and gets a Construction Loan from a bank. Then he takes that new cash and starts building the home. He then announces huge delays in the building process. His goal is to delay the home long enough, so home values will rise. After 12 or 18 months later, right when the home is nearing completion, he yanks the rug out from the buyer, and cancels the entire contract. He then immediately re-lists the home, and makes more profit due to appreciation, without any risk or any money out of pocket. This is not a homebuilder, this is a total scam. The homebuyer waits for over a year, picks out all their tile and cabinets and everything, then gets destroyed because Everview Homes is so greedy and they cancel the contract. If you want a poor quality home, that takes 12 to 18 months to build, choose Everview Homes.Also, one more thing, the recent 5-star review below is a complete fake. You can tell because the brainless business owner writes "I've had no issues since I've lived there." A real home owner would say "lived here" not "lived there".Everview Homes Response

I don't believe we have built a house for this person. Construction delays and delays overall have been causing never before seen problems in all market places. Our quality is great and we invite people to view it at our model homes.Review from Jonathan F

Everview built my home two years ago and I have zero complaints. Too many people come here to complain so I wanted to send a compliment their way. My house was finished on time and I've had no issues since I've lived there.Everview Homes Response

BUYER BEWARE!!! HORRIBLE!!!8/2021 received a lien against the house because they didn't pay sub contractor. (that got resolved, thankfully)12/15/21 told house was done except for the front door.12/27/21 told house wasn't going to be ready until 1/15/22 1/10/22 final draw request, yet nothing was completed. Had someone walk through the house so we got a video and it was awful. Awful workmanship, house wrong color, baseboard's not sanded. They were painted over. Broken window, no hose bib, cabinets were built and installed with drywall screws so they are all cracked and broken, Cabinets weren't done to plan specifications, hole in the wall, lighting fixtures are falling apart...the list goes on. We had 17 items that needed fixing. We were told that house would be ready.Painters were coming 1/18, cleaners 1/21, told we can do the walk through on January 24th.We packed up and drove from ******* with our belongings. 2/7/22 did walk through....still nothing was done.2/11/22 emailed a punch list to *******************, owner, *********************, VPO and project manager *************************** 2/14/22 met VPO ********************* at property to show him our concerns. still nothing was done 2/23/22 met owner, ******************* at property, addressed issues. Told house would be ready 3/5. Still not done They will not return phone calls, texts, emails since 3/4/22
