I have total consumer remorse with this company and owner. He was referred by Nextdoor App and I did my research with the ******************* for contractors (so I thought). He is registered through the ******************* as a contractor but the city doesnt keep up with the license and bonding being current. ******* (the owner) talked a good game to get the project plans and quote agreed upon but nothing was as it was discussed or quoted. He received two payments from me - one for demo and a second for starting the project and it was 1/2 the project total. The owner changed his number and ghosted us for about two weeks before starting the project with low quality materials to build my outdoor shed. He has access to my property and he utilized one guy mostly to build the shed and I asked questions the entire time and he seemed to not care that I was not happy with the quality of workmanship. He changed the dimensions and style of shed on me with little communication after work was already completed. I was very dissatisfied throughout the whole process and products like windows and doors were different from what we agreed upon via communication. This has been huge mistake hiring so called professionals that smile and take your money. I want recourse and to warn other people not to use this company. They stopped communicating with me and I have major issues with leaks on the roof and my structure was built with pine wood and *** with is being damaged by the ***** sun and rain. The roof leaks so the *** flooring material is damaged and the structure was supposed to be built with cedar or true lumber (NOT PINE). He took my money after quoting me for a useable shed and now I have a shed I have to tear down and rebuilt with another company. He built the structure incorrectly and I have confirmed this with other contractors trying to fix his mistakes. Its now time for me to stop spending money on a bad product. I have to tear down a rebuild after spending $7800!
