Im Roidy ****, Im a single mother of 3 beautiful girls, and I make a living out of our ************ machines. I have been a loyal customer with Ace Mart for several years, I usually have a great experience shopping at Ace Mart, however on 06/06/22 I went to ******** **** located on ********************************************************. I was looking for a new ************ machine cause the following day we had a big event and we needed a reliable machine. Ace Mart employees started telling me the only machine they had available was one they had previously used in store, the machine was their **** machine and they used it to make ************ and show potential customers. Employees said the machine had been used several times and they will give me 10% OFF if I purchased the **** machine. I thought it was a good deal, and I bought the machine, even though they said it had been used several times. I paid $1,041.64 for machine and supplies. The following day 06/07/22 I had a big event in a ****************** we were supposed to serve 900 students, we were excited to use our ************ machine, but the machine was BROKEN and wouldnt work. I ended up apologizing to the event coordinator, and they had to run and rent 2 ************ machines, so I had to reimburse them for having technical difficulties. I then return the ************ machine back to Ace Mart ****, and employee BAJU said the store manager is out on lunch, and he will call me back. ***** (Store Manager) did call me back and said the machine is under warranty and gave me 3 phone numbers to call companies that can Repair the machine. On 6/20/22 I called Ace Mart Corporate and **** said he will escalate the problem. On 6/27/22 I called Ace Mart Corporate and talked to ****, he was extremely rude and didnt want to help at all, he said: I already escalated this. I told him I will file a complaint with BBB and **** said: Do what you gotta do. Im still waiting to get a full refund on a broken machine. I paid $1,041.64
