  The customer service at the ************************************************************* is absolutely horrible and is in desperate need of an overhaul. I have never seen a staff so bothered when they mess up a to-go order. I have been twice to this location in the last month or so and both times the orders were messed up. Both times I had to be inconvenienced with going back to get the orders rectified, *********** the staff could not have cared less. Todays example, I spoke with a manager named ****** and told him that historically they get my orders wrong and it happened again today. His response? A rude What do you want me to do?. Does he not know what management is supposed to do in situations like this to make it right for the customer? Maybe the heat had him short circuit. I don't know. I told him to fix it to which he said he would do. I drive back to the location and ask for him. The hostess tells me that she has the order ready. I guess this was in an effort for ****** to not have to deal with me, the customer. She does not even apologize for the mess up. She just stands there avoiding eye contact as i make sure the order is correct. They did throw in some cold fries which were thrown in the trash. Why do I have to feel like Im inconveniencing your incompetence every time you mess up my order? The hosts and ****** seriously need some customer service refresher training as I hope this is not their standard of employee. Corporate needs to issue me a store credit or gift card to be used at another location along with an apology. my order number is *******. 8/19/2023
