      Order did not include most of my items. It was missing the large ****** *********, the ************** sour cream, and tacos. Resulted in over half of the order missing and still having to go out to dinner at a different location in order to be filled.

      The food is great. The location Manager ***** is not. This person does not understand customer "service".In response to an incorrect drive through order (2 tacos) they gave me 1 of the wrong type. The I went inside the store cashier got me two new tacos. The mistake I made was to ask for a refund as well - I had been there about 20 minutes.The manager ***** argued with me about the $4.27 refund. She finally refunded my money, walked up to my bag on the counter and took out one of my tacos, saying I had only paid for one taco, so I only get one. I was shocked. In fact, I paid for two tacos as I do almost every day. I have no idea what she was thinking. This was theft.***** became hostile and aggressive, and then refused to tell me her name, refused to give me franchise owner information or even the corporate guest relations number. She then disappeared into the back and would not come back out.This is the worst customer interaction I have ever had. I have attempted to contact the corporate guest relations team. I hope the reason I have not hear from them is because of the holidays.

      I went to taco cabana at ***************************************************************************, I placed an order at the driver thru, the Manager handed me my big red, he didn't put the lid on correctly so the drink spilled all over the inside of my car, I asked the Manager for a new drink and he got mad and started cussing, he yelled you Fucken spilled the drink!!!! he was a total jerk , was unapologetic, was very unprofessional & standoffish, I asked for his name and he refused, he had a really bad ATTITUDE, he should appreciate that I went to his restaurant and show some GRATITUDE! I request to speak to the owner of this Taco Cabana or someone from the Corporate office!

      On 10/30/24 @ 4:11pm I went in to place an order for 3 beef tacos, ** quesadilla , plain fries, ************** medium pico and a nacho. We received our number and sat down waiting for our order. There were a Hispanic couple sitting and eating when we order and me and my son. Moments later an Hispanic family of 4 came in to order. As my son and I sat there waiting on our order, the family that came in after us began to receive their order as they were dinning in. I noticed it was taking a while so I asked the employee (*******) that took my order how much longer, by this time it was 4:50pm. She rushed to check and came out with my order at 4:55pm. I checked my order to make sure everything I paid for was in the bag. Low and behold I was missing the quesadilla and the medium pico. I went to the register and stood there another 5 to 6 min while your staff stood in the back playing as if they shouldn't be watching for customers are assisting the customers that were in your establishment. Another customer came in as I was standing there and he decided to leave because the wait was to long just to place an order. I noticed a young lady standing at the drive-though, I said excuse me twice no one answered. I repeated excuse me again , and the drive-though person YELLED at me and said I AM BUSY. I said excuse me!! She later to find out she is the person YOU hired to manage the store *********!! She WAS so Rude so so RUDE to me and then **** ( blonde head heavy set boy) comes from the kitchen to also argue with me and called me out of my name. I was the ONLY Black person in that store and I felt discriminated against and will absolutely take this complaints and treatment about your upper management level. I will make sure that her very poor customer service and **** never treat another person that visit that store in **** get the same rude and poor service that they offered. I have NEVER been so embarrassed in front of the people in the store and my son!!!

      I went though the drive thru on Friday 10/25 at 7:30 am I ordered 3 plate eggs Mexican and received my order at 7:37 am. This order was for me and my coworkers, when my ********** sent me a picture saying I have this plastic on my eggs I apologized of course because I bought the breakfast then he mentioned this food looks good it was just a piece Im still eating it minutes later I hear him chocking it was plastic all over his food I ate my plate I did find a couple of small pieces of plastic I did eat my plate first but didnt think nothing of it. Now the last plate we had to throw away. This is a safety hazard my ********** could have been sent to the hospital. At 8:27 am I called taco cabana and complained the lady on the phone she sounded like she could care less and only said if you want to come back and well do you order again Im at work I cannot be leaving. I did tell her to check the cheese eggs or pico she then said in a laughing voice like I said come back and we will redo your order. I spent $21.08 and this could have sent my coworker to the hospital the restaurant lady was very unprofessional and cared less about the situation. Will be reporting this to the Texas ***************************

I asked about the order and was told no one picked it up so told him to cancel the order. The representative said he would cancel the order therefore I cooked at home. At 3:52 pm, the delivery young lady rang my doorbell with the order. I told her it has been over 3 hours that I placed the order. I did not want food sitting that long and cold. She says you can take it .i repeated I do not want food that sat as it did and cold. She took the food back with her and sat in the car. To cover myself, I called the location to find out why they sent the order after I was assured the order would be cancelled. I specifically stated they are to credit my account $33.92 for the order. Why would I pay for food sitting for hours and cold?

      I ordered a delivery order from Taco Cabana on 9/15/24 that I never received. When I called the restaurant (#***), I talked to ****** who said there was nothing he could do and to contact Door Dash. The text message I received for the order showed the driver was with ***** not Door Dash. I had already called the driver with no answer and texted the driver that I did not receive my order with no response. The order was $74.40, and ****** refused to cancel the order or to assist me. I requested a FULL REFUND of my order, including the tip I paid for the delivery driver. I also used a 25% off discount for the order that I want restored. How can Taco Cabana claim no responsibility for an order made on their own app?

      They missed an item in our order. We ordered thru drive thru at location **********************************************************************************. They person taking our order either could not hear us or she didn't speak English. They forgot our sopapillas and the taco and flauta that comes with that cabana sampler. Called back to ask for credit for items missed and manager did not speak English well so there was a lack of communication and she said she was not able to credit our card because they give no refunds. So I tried calling corporate office and have not received a call back.

      I paid extra for the larger meal combos. I did not receive my accurate meals. I made several attempts to reach a manager. I was forced to leave multiple voicemails. I never received a return call.I presented in person to speak face to face with the manager. I was told she was busy and that she would call me back. I left my contact number. She still didnt call me back. I called and spoke to a young lady pretending to be the manager who stated their phones had not been working. I asked what happened to my multiple messages. She told me they got deleted. I asked but she refused to provide me with the general managers number. I asked for the corporate office contact information. She told me they dont have a corporate office. I asked for owners number. She then placed me on hold and never returned. I held on the phone for over 20 minutes and then she hung up on me. At this point, its a matter of principle. I feel robbed and disrespected. I want my money back and the manager to be retrained to provide proper customer service.

      Went to store #***************** *****. order # ****** 6/18/2024 This is the 2nd time at this location & last, the people working are rude & don't seem to understand the prices or ***************** The worker was telling us it's Happy Hour but charging regular prices. Ordered ************************************* I was the only customer in the ********** took 15+ minutes to get my order & after i got it the taquitos were over cooked & burnt, but did not want to wait for another order as long as the first one took. The complaint is the restrooms are unusable, they are filthy, dirty, f**** around bowl. The womens handicap toilet did not even have a seat on it, there was toilet paper all around floor. I did not complain to management because it was the same way 3 months prior & it wouldn't have done any good as this is a health *************** issue with no toilet seat, especially for a handicap customer. This store needs new ***********************************
