On Nov. 6th, 2023 at about 11:45 am I was given an eye exam by a male doctor then chose a frame from the store non designer selection for my eye glasses and was charged about $500.00 ( which was almost my whole yearly spending allowance for eyecare with my health insurance company ) and told that my glasses would be ready in about a week to two weeks. On Nov. 15th I received a phone call from the Bright Eyes Eyecare, However the person on the other line was silent to every hello I gave out such as: can you hear me are you there is this about my eye glass prescription, are they ready to pick up? I eventualy hung up. I have since then been calling back leaving messages after message. No one ever calls me back or answers the phone anymore.Business response
