I was a AAA roadside assistance customer until today when I attempted to fill out an online form to get a quote for *************** I was still in the process of filling out the online form in the privacy of my home when a AAA representative called me on my phone. I asked why did I get a call before even completing the online form and told the rep that was weird. The rep said he was sent my information and did saw that i wasn't finished. I told the rep I wasn't comfortable with this call and how were they able to do that and I didn't trust their phone call.The response was that AAA is a hundred year company and if I don't trust AAA then don't buy insurance from AAA and hung up the phone. 1. I think it was a rude attitude on display with little professionalism .2. I took valuable time to attempt to check out the insurance side and then had my time wasted.3. AAA took the liberty to impose on me, while I was there online, to make an uninvited cringy sales call that I hadn't scheduled time for in advance.4. The rudeness was enough for me to cancel my roadside assistance membership after 4 years and not attempt to get an auto insurance quote.5. If I wanted to speak with a AAA representative, I would've called AAA.They need negative stars just for this type of rudeness.
