We signed a contract to have a new roof installed, we at first liked this company because they were the only one that would work with us for financing issues, we could not pay for complete job up-front. Once we got those issues taken care of we signed a contract, and were told the project would start within 7 to 10 days of that date. It's now been over a month. My messages and e-mails are not returned now. It's funny while trying to work out my issues with the financing we were in daily contact with this company.- our contact person was a rep. with a name of *****************, whom is our only contact point with this company. It's funny daily contact with this company before contract, and now after they took our 10K loan amount and a 1K Personal check deposit - we can't even get an update out of this guy. Can you please help us/ I realize there can be issues with the supply chain and labor issues ect. but why are we now being avoided contact wise -they have our money adn we need a roof soon due to bad spring weather about to move in - one of the reasons we hired them is they promised to move quickly yea Quick is the word! 1 Month Late! And no word only avoidance! I have contacted this rep 2 times since, and both deadlines have passed, with only excuses...Business response

His supervisor, *************************, will reach out to you today. Furthermore, I have attached some of the letters requesting transparency from our supply chain. I am rejecting this response because: It's the same empty promises made by this company yesterday, now he says he needs to Order the Materials, those Materials should have been ordered a month ago, when he pulled my 10K from my Loan, the Loan was designated for Materials ... Where are they? For the past 2 weeks they should have been sitting in your Wearhouse and ordered when you pulled MY MONEY! A Month ago.....Why do we have to wait two more weeks for you to order the materials when your already 2 weeks behind on this installation, and they should have been already ordered -what have you been doing with my $10K, that you should not be doing. My Money for My Materials! Where is My Roof?

On August of 2021 Beldon Roofing Comp. was working on the roof at my employment and they fail to communicate with the company employees to move their vehicles from the premises where they were going to be working. They did a crapy job because they left mechanical stain all over the glass of the building as well as damaged my entire car and other employees vehicles. The employees from Beldon R.C failed to informed us to move vehicles or block the area in which they were going to fix and due to that mistake they damage my my entire property. My entire car was cover in the chemical they were spraying and went I informed one of the employees from that company because they didn't had any supervisor they intended to "fix" the problem but made it even worse by using a commercial pressure washer machine to remove the white chemical off my car. The paint/chemical was not coming off completely, they had to put more pressure to remove it and even use one of there brushes they use for the roof to scratch it off which they removed and damage the paint of my vehicle. I spoke with **** the employee's supervisor a couple of days later saying they will pay for the damages caused on my vehicle. Weeks passed and no amswer from them. *** the ** of customer care stop by weeks after to look at the vehicles and talk to the employees that also suffered vehicle damages and said she was going to follow up in 2 days. 3weeks went by and no response from her. On October 25, i got a reply from ******************* informing me and the other employees from ***** fargo that suffered damages that *** was no longer w the company and he was gathering all the info to take responsibility and would get back to us by the following week. After several emails w/ no reply, several calls but always get rejected, Nov. 17 he sent a text saying " they intend to pay for damages and will give me a call" no call was returned. It's already been more then 3 months and no one has reach out totake resposability oftheir actionsBusiness response
