November of 2021 I paid over $2500 for roof leak repairs to two homes. And additionally on both repairs (both houses) subsequently continued to have leaks. Although the paperwork stated their workmanship and materials would be warrantied upon contacting Bondoc, they sent *******, the sales rep back out who stated there was no real warranty to repairs. And that all he could do was possibly place a temporary tarp. Our insurance wasnt covering repairs (to one of the homes) and all our savings went to these repairs to only find out that the warranty on the contract we signed wouldnt be honored on either of the homes. I left a ****** review that got the attention of Bondoc but again just the tarp was placed and we got an estimate to completely replace the roof for $12k instead, after already giving them close to $3k. We were also told as a side note they could replace an attic cover but nope that never happened.Business response
