From start to finish Excel proved thorough and professional. This is a first-class company that does the job right and pays attentions to the details. ********************* did an outstanding job of evaluating the effects of hail damage on my property and of providing options for repair. I really appreciated the fact the he maintained regular contact with me to update us on the process each step of the way. The roofing crew was fantastic and the **********************, did an excellent job during the replacement process. I found Excel on BBB and I am delighted that I did, because this company is fantastic. I normally don't do these types of reviews, but I wanted other potential customers to know about my experience. Excel Roofing replaced my brother's roof several years ago and I recalled how pleased he was with the contractor and the finished product. So after a hail storm damaged my roof and needed replacing Excel Roofing and Contracting, *** was my first choice. They did an excellent job and certainly deserve 5 stars!**************

Here are a few reasons why we chose EXCEL Roofing. ****** and **** were very responsive to any and all questions and concerns we had. They always returned our texts in a timely manner, and kept us current with information. Jordans efforts to work with our insurance company were top notch. She provided additional pictures and proof to insurance company that we needed a new skylight not a reglazed one. We asked for and ****** delivered a better dryer vent. We no longer have excessive clumps of lint clogged in the dryer vent at the roof level. ****** herself was on the roof before an expected thunder storm placing patches over the hail holes that leaked. Shes there for you! Excel can order shingles from GAF or Synergy for example, and **** and ****** explained the benefits and differences of asphalt grades, liners. Excel also has ***, who is onsite during the entire install to coordinate the physical roofing process. The roof looks wonderful and our thanks to the roofers and the EXCEL team!**************Excel Roofing & Contracting, Inc Response

FIVE STARS!!! Highly recommend Excel Roofing for all your roofing needs! They were an absolute pleasure working with from beginning to end! **** and his crew are AWESOME and far exceeded our expectations. They lived up to their name and 100% excelled at every aspect. This contractor was highly recommended by a friend. They replaced the entire roof at our home and they did an awesome job. Since we first met ****, you could assessed his knowledge, competency and customer service we were told about. He guided us through the whole process. He made our experience incredibly easy. Excellent customer service! Responded immediately to my repair request. Showed up on time and did not try to oversell services. Promptly submitted a quote and scheduled repairs. Excel is an awesome company. **** responded to my phone call immediately & set up an appt where he explained in detail all about roofing choices showing detailed pictures. Workers arrived before sunrise & worked efficiently completing the ************** in a very timely manner. There were absolutely no signs of debris on my plants or on the ground that a new roof had just been applied to my home. Thank you **** & your crew for a superior excellent job.
