We received a ***** for a fortified roof on Hatteras Island, ** and contacted several roofers in the area. *****************, of Patriot's Roofing got back to ** immediately and agreed to meet with us in person. He was totally upfront about the cost, process, and weather delays. He continued to be available to answer any questions we had. He was here when the crew showed up and photographed every step of the roofing process to satisfy the ***** requirements. A very positive experience for us.Review from Anna R

Patriot roofing was hired to find a leak and fix it. I was assured that the problem would be taken care of. In stead they repaired the same area that had already been by a previous roofing company, which did not fix the leak. My choice was to get a new roof, which I do not need. If a leak cannot be found and repaired, why would I trust them with a new roof.I have contacted **** but have not heard back from him. Meanwhile my check has been cashed and I'm out $1200.00 dollars. Unfortunately the consumer has to lose money to find out who is reputable. Be careful who you spend your money on.Review from Cindy T

Patriot Roofing was hired to repair a roof leak and assured me the problem had been fixed. They charged me $1,348 for repairs and offered a warranty. They did NOT resolve the issue as water continued to leak into the house. They didn't return repeated phone calls. Once I finally got hold of them, they stated they would send someone out and NEVER did. This is not an honest, reputable business. I will be seeking legal action if they do not resolve this matter as soon as possible.

Hello *****,We are truly sorry you are having issues with your tile roof. However, your issue of newly broken tiles arose after your tree trimmers walked on your tile roof. Once we completed our repairs, we advised you to have the damage-causing-tree-limbs trimmed to prevent further damage. We also clearly advised you to not let the tree trimmers walk on your tiles. Walking on **** and cement roof tiles has to be done with care and expertise. Without the proper method, breakage is inevitable. At the time that our repairs were completed, you did a walk through inspection and were provided photos of the restored tiles. You signed off on your approval at that time. The photos and your written approval are in your file. You contacted us regarding your newly broken tiles nearly four months after our repairs were completed. After reviewing your file notes and the repair photos, we asked you if perhaps the tree trimmers had walked on your roof. You replied "No, they had not." On a later phone call, you then admitted, "Yes, the tree trimmers had in fact walked on your tile roof." In spite of this, you attempted to reverse payment to our bank for the repairs we performed. Both our bank, and your bank, reviewed the evidence and facts of this issue. It was determined by both that you were not to be awarded any refund by Patriot Roofing. We believe your dispute and any negative review should be pointed at the tree trimming service that you hired. Even if you gave them permission to walk on your tile roof, they are still liable for the damage they caused. We truly hope you get this matter resolved. Thank you, Patriot Roofing
