              Presidio replaced the roof after a hail claim. They were warned of a problem area around the chimney for which I received a 10 year warranty beginning in 2020. The roof has leaked numerous times since installation of the new roof with numerous attempts to repair it, the latest leak occurring in November 2022. The company is now dragging their feet promising to return my calls without result and insinuating in so many words last conversation that they are not inclined to return to fix the problem. .eanwhile heavy damage to the interior continues to occur during fairy periods.

              Presdio Roofing did an outstanding job on the replacement of our roof, due to damage from a hail storm. They handled all of the paperwork from the insurance company and met with the insurance adjuster to go over the repairs. We paid our deductible and all the rest was handled by Presidio. They replaced the roof & all the gutters, repaired damage to the siding & stucco on our house. ******** was very easy to work with & frequently checked in with us during the project (2 days for the roof)! We are very satisfied with the results and would highly recommend them for any of your roofing work!
