      Had a transparent conversation with ***** the owner for Rhino Roofers regarding a roofing issue that was particularly frustrating. He was open-minded, emphatic, and able to resolve the issue within 48 hours. Great customer service and prompt delivery of services. Thank you, *****.

      ***************** the best home improvement company Ive ever worked with. **** is the absolute best at making the process super easy and he actually follows up when hes says he will. The crew showed up at 7 AM to begin removing the old roof and didnt leave until 10 PM (working by flashlight) to finish up some caulking . Their crew chief, ******, showed up the following day (Saturday morning), to double check the work to ensure everything was done as promised. It was. Please dont waste your time with other roofing companies, Rhino is the absolute best in the business.

      Rhino Roofers was the lowest bidder on my entire roof replacement but dont let that fool you. Their quality, workmanship, and crew was phenomenal! Oh, did i mention that lowest bid was also including an upgrade in shingles and ventilation to my last roof? We will use them again for sure but hopefully not for another 20 years.

      I want to thank Ashlie for setting up an appointment with us and coming to check on our roof. She was very courteous, dependable and explained everything she would be doing, answering all questions that I had. I am very impressed with her service and the way she handled everything while she was here. Even though she inspected our roof and it was AOK, I would not hesitate to call her back if and when I have a roofing problem or a leak. She knows her business and I felt very comfortable talking to her about it. Good to know that you have a knowledgeable woman working for Rhino Roofers, it makes a good impression when it is a woman helping a woman. Diana W

      I have had this small, ongoing roof leak in the kitchen and have seen lots of people in the neighborhood with Rhino Roofers signs. Since so many people have chosen them, I gave them a shout. After answering some questions about the house, Ashlie came out and we discussed my concerns, and she went right to work! We had a few problem areas that she saw but it was not enough to get the roof replaced. Ashlie talked to me about a service that they provide where they come out and repair these minor issues to help keep your roof in good condition. After we signed all the paperwork, she came out not even a week later and made the repairs herself! The experience I received with Rhino Roofers was nothing short of outstanding. Ashlie listened to my concerns and had answers for everyone of them after inspecting my roof. She was clear when speaking to me, there was never a moment when I did not understand what she was explaining. When it comes time to replace the roof, Rhino Roofers will be the only company I call.
