3/30/2022 My roof was replaced from hail damage by Roeslers Roofing. 4/01 noticed major water leak in front bedroom ceiling and down a wall. Went into the attic found a roofing nail had pierced the main water service line to the home. Called ****** Roeslers he sent a handyman ( not a licensed plumber) out to fix the leak in the pipe 4/01 PM. I asked what about the water extraction and repair of the collateral damage. ****** beat around the **** had no real answer and sounded like he had no idea what needs to be done. I got the feeling they don't have liability insurance. He said his father **** would contact me 4/02/2022. By 10 Am 4/02/2022 I had not been contacted. I sent ****** a text and asked for the company insurance contact info and told him I called Serv Pro and they where coming after 12 PM to start water extraction. ****** text me to say **** will be at my house at 12 noon. He arrived 12 noon with a piece of paper in his hand. I showed him the water damage to my home. **** handed me the piece of paper and said it wasn't his responsibility and I need to call my own insurance company and go after the builder. He provided no insurance for his company ( I don't think they are insured ) DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. So in a nutshell I hired him to fix my hail damaged roof, they flooded my home and potentially I have mold growing in my walls and the owner of the company ************************* told me its my problem and he could care less.

Talk about telling one side of the story! The paper that I handed you was the plumbing code that clearly stated the line should have never been that close to the decking in the first place so no way for us to have known it was there. If I could care less about the problem as you straight up lied about then I wouldn't have gotten my handyman out within an hr after the incident to fix the line. How do you know he's not licensed? or your just assuming that just like my insurance? Did he not fix the line? and did I not cover the cost of repairs to the line? or you gonna lie about that too? I didn't provide my insurance info because I had no reason to due to the code violation. Also the bulk of the damage was caused from you pulling the nail out of the line as you admitted to me over the phone. I have attached the "piece of paper" that you failed to mention, was the code along with a copy of my city license. If I didn't have insurance then I wouldn't have a valid contractors license so there goes your theory of no insurance. As far as your comments about my son, your right he had no clue on what needed to be done because he's never had this problem before. That's the only true statement you had in this whole complaint.

I hired the company for the replacement of a roof and remodeling after the storm. He was recommended by someone else so I thought they were a legit company. **** ******* came out and talked with me and everything seemed okay at first. The first red flag was when they tried to cover up mold and when I asked they said **** ******* said just to cover it up. I called **** and he fixed it but a whole day was wasted trying to cut corners which was what the entire project was to him. He didn’t do an inspection in the beginning, check progress on work or make sure everything was fine at the end. Everything on my claim I had to ask about to see when it was getting done. At the end he took my money and didn’t complete the job. I asked for them to come back out because they didn’t replace screens on my loft and he refused. He is very unprofessional. When I asked questions he blocked me and trying to get answers is now non existent. I just needed my screens completed. He has warranty and I haven’t seen this paperwork either. Work started September 14th and the last check went out October 29th. I have him time to get back to me but he told me to pay for it since “he saved me money.” He did not save me anything and I’ll have to come out of pocket for repairs he did not complete.

I blocked you because you were harrassing me! I waited 2 months for the final payment on the roof when you had the money the whole time so I finally told you I'm not waiting any longer. I did subtract the window work that hadn't been completed yet. All the window work was completed and you made the final payment after confirming everything was complete. The window work she's referring to is 1 screen that she claims wasn't done. We both know you would have never made that final payment if everything wasn't done. I sent guys out 5 or 6 times for every little thing you had an issue with. We took down all sheetrock on a 18ft garage wall so you could look for mold everywhere when all you had was a small black spot on the ceiling so would love to know where we cut corners. I did a drywall repair and painted an extra room for you that wasn't even covered by insurance so I covered the cost. I've got 2-1 star reviews out of 78 so I'll let the community decide on what they believe. It's always the customers you help the most!

I am rejecting this response because: I have proof I sent payment without work being completed two days after the request and the check was cashed one week later.  A lot of the jobs were not done and therefore the room was done even though that wasn’t requested and was told that would be added as addendum. If anyone has bee harrassed it’s me.  I’ve been bullied into turning in money to a company that is negligent.  I have many texts of threats to file a deed against my home if I didn’t pay and blocked only because I requested the work to be completed.  It’s supposed to be under warranty.  How is this job not being completed?

      Regards,
