      Rolands roofing was payed by state farm to put a new roof . the roof has leaked twice since that time. we were in a drought for awhile so i thought that it was fixed. Around three weeks ago it poured down really good , wind some hail etc. Anyway the roof leaked again in the same spot. I tried to go about it without making a big deal out of it. But, they took my calls twice, and even made an appointment for a so - called tech to come out and see if he could fix it , nobody showed up, i waited most of the day. The secretary text me and said ****** the one who makes appointments would be in contact , that never happened. Now my calls go to voicemail. There were other issues and i didnt complain, like when they put rain gutter back up , they hung it about the roof , i had to fix that , then i had to call a plumber out twice, backed up sewer , the problem was they covered the vent. ! I have been nice through this, they got there nine thousand dollars , so they dont care . This was in 2020. I want them to either replace the entire roof , or atleast the side where it leaks. Thank you for your help.

      We have tried on numerous occasions to schedule this to be looked at, as very rarely do we ever have issues with our installation, as we have been in business over 50 years.  Not once has Mr ***** reached out in any other form than a telephone call, and when we call back to ensure he will be available to assist him, he never answers our phone calls, only calls back after hours and does not leave a message.

      I need to get my roof done, I contacted Roland's roofing on June 29, 2022 and talked with a person by the name of *******. She quoted me a price of $11,800.00. I went there to the business made my choice of color and paid them the full amount with a bank check. She kept telling me that I could upgrade for a total of $750.00 and I said no. She continued to insist on the upgrade and again I told her no. Mind you we had already agreed while I was there on color and amount. I thought everything was fine and it wasn't!! She kept on insisting and over and over I told her no. All this was said via text. After all that, I decided that I didn't want to go with them due to he harassment so I requested my money back! I contacted her via text on and she said the money was sent on July 15, 2022, but it was only the 14th!! Today July 19, 2022 and still no check! When I text her today, now she is saying it was mailed on the July 11, 2022. She cannot get her story straight and I am still waiting on my $11,800.00 and still nothing!! I have text her let her know that the money has not arrived! She is very unprofessional and sarcastic and I will NEVER have anything to do with Roland's Roofing! If anyone were to ask me about them, I will certainly deter them from using Roland's Roofing!! ALL I WANT IS MY MONEY BACK $11,800.00!!!!

      This is not at all an accurate description of what transpired, and I will be glad to upload all the text messages proving such.  Long story short, the customer wanted a free upgrade to a designer shingle.  As we don't accommodate that, we decided it best to refund the money to the customer.  A check was mailed, as stated several times to the customer 7/11/2022.

      I am rejecting this response because: I have asked several times for my return of my monies $11,800.00 and still as of today 07/21/2023 nothing has been sent!  She claims that it was sent 07/11/2022 late m still nothing!  Again, I am asking for the return of my monies!!

      The check was sent as stated previously to the address on file, unfortunately I have no control over the postal system.  We even made sure to issue the full refund despite the fact we have a signed legally binding contract allowing us to withhold percentages of funds paid upon the customer cancelling the agreement.  The policy is that we will stop payment on the check and reissue if the check has not been cashed within 20 days.

      I am rejecting this response because:  As of today, 07/25/2022 nothing has been received!  I would like for them to cancel the check (which has not arrived) and reissue a cashier's check and my husband will come by their office and pick it up!
