I went to this business because I have done business with them before. The first time they made a mistake on my jacket that could not be repaired and the owner paid for a replacement and completed the work. On Saturday 12/11/21, I met with ***** and requested an embroidered patch on a vest carrier for body armor. I showed her where I wanted the work done. Today 12/12/21, I was promised my vest carrier would be completed by 4pm. When I arrived they handed my carrier in a bag, which I took out to examine the carrier and shield which was embroidered. The lady asked if everything was okay, and I told her no. She asked what was wrong and I told her they stitched through the vest carrier and the shoulder straps to the body armor can no longer pass through the top. I showed her this when I brought vest in. She took the vest carrier to the back and I overheard a conversation between ladies and confirmed that ***** should have said something to the ladies in the back who did the stitching. ***** came back out to the front and told the owner, that I did not mention to her where to place and stitch the shield. She lied to the owner because I did. That was biggest worry that someone would stitch up the entire vest and I could no longer place the body armor inside the carrier. The owner approached me and said that he is not saying its my fault or her fault but she did not make any notes which means I did not tell her. The last customer, his name was misspelled on his jacket and it was written down. He continued to say it was my fault and when I mentioned he should replace the carrier he said I do not get to make the rules. I advised him that if the carrier is comprised in any way shape or form it will not perform the way it is intended. This is a body armor carrier that I use for duty. He was unprofessional and said he would make a decision on what he will do. This is unacceptable, did not return my garment in the manner it was received and need help from the BBB. Thank you.
