            We stayed in a rental unit managed by Krashz LLC. I rented the space because it claimed to sleep 5. The first night, my husband slept on the air mattress which is one of the 5 sleeping spots. He woke up in the middle of the night with the bed half deflated creating lower back & neck pain. We aired the second mattress on site and it too deflated within a few hours. We contacted the management company via VRBO and they said they would send a new one. Around 6 p.m. I aired the "new" mattress which was clearly not new. Immediately I heard a hissing sound to find about a half inch whole in the mattress. I made contact again requesting they remedy the situation. I did not receive any response until almost 12 hours later AFTER my husband ended up sleeping on the floor. At best this unit slept 3. I expressed my extreme frustration and asked for a partial refund which I feel is fair given the ordeal we experienced. This company is false advertising the space. It claims it is river front, only to be seen by leaning over the balcony. I also received about 30 messages from them telling me not to approach the front desk or we could be charged extra fees. On top of it all, they used a heavy air freshener which I believe to be covering the existence of mold.

            Krashz LLC has rental properties on AirBNB, VRBO, and Experian. This is a complaint about a fully paid reservation we had with this company to be in *********** to see the solar eclipse. It is possible this is a multi-linking sales scam. Our fully paid reservation was canceled the day we arrived to check in - just hours before. (1)In November, we made plans to go to ***********, ** from **********, ** to see the Solar Eclipse. We booked a property on AirBNB that was in the path of totality when rates were low. Unreal number KRASHZ Reservation made Nov 8, 2023 . MedCenter/SixFlags/2Beds/*********/RIM/******* Confirmation code HM99YYBAWH (2)March 15, 2024 (3 weeks before we were due to arrive) we got a message that there was a maintenance issue at the property that they couldnt guarantee would be fixed by the date we arrived, and they offered us an alternative property near ************** out of the path of totality but at no extra charge.Link to new property - *************************** #1.2/RiverWalk/Pool/Gym/Downtown/ElCaminoPark AirBNB internet was down for several days but were able to communicate through AirBNB messages. I asked them to call me so I could ask questions, but they did not. We confirmed we would take this property via messages.(3) March 23rd they took the payment for the second half of the stay.(4)On April 7th, the day we were to arrive at the property and were already in *****, they canceled our reservation and refunded our money immediately as if this was an OK thing to do.Again, I asked for a call me, and they did not. (5 It looks like we (my husband and I) were part of an AirBNB Multiple listings scam that happens when a host lists the same property at different price points to double-book and then rents the property to the highest bidder.The listing was booked for many days when I checked it that day. AirBNB provided no way to review the host.
