It declares it offers superior customer care and quality work; that its technicians are clean and careful. It asserts one should contact the company for reliable professional services; that ones project would be in the hands of experts.None of the former is true.I sought to completely rehabilitate our master bathroom shower stall to include refurbishing grout and installing frameless shower doors. I wanted a one-stop shop. I contacted J's Frameless Shower Glass, which assured me it could deliver on my request. It did not. Instead, it sent a non-professional with no expertise in grout work. This careless inexpert:1.Was a plumber and not a skilled grout specialist.2.Laid no sheeting to protect the carpet.3.Made no attempt to match the grout.4.Applied grout where caulk should be.5.Permanently damaged the bathtub and its freshly re-plated spigot.6.Used my personal bath towel to clean-up his mess!I wrote ************************* and expressed my dissatisfaction. Although he promised to visit and assess the damage, he did not, leaving me to conclude he has no interest in forthrightly resolving this problem of substandard work. I explained the problem would not go away simply by ignoring it but would escalate. I said my preference would be to resolve the matter amicably.I have not heard from J again.I conclude J's Frameless Shower Glass, LLCs claims of providing expert, high quality, professional work and services; its assertions it is clean, and careful; its declarations that it offers superior customer care; its avowals that it caters to the needs of its customers; and its proclamations that customer satisfaction is its top priority are not true. Instead, J's Frameless Shower Glass, LLCs statements are claptrap, bunk, and hogwash. In other words, lies.
