On March 21, 2022 I entered into a contract with Amazing Exteriors to install new siding on my house at ************************* in San Antonio and repaint my house. The job was completed on June 27, 2022 and I paid the balance in full. The crew broke my fiber-optic phone/internet cable while removing the old siding. On July 28, 2022 I received a **** from **** who charged me $107.73 to repair the cable. I sent the **** to Amazing Exteriors and followed up with a phone call to **** who said he would let the check out the same day. He did not. They got a lot of white over spray on the ***** trim and the red bricks. **** said he would take care of it because he didn't want to nickel and dime me. He did not. I have repainted what I could reach.Business response

Thank you for bringing this to my attention. I apologize if that slipped through the cracks I have a check in hand and will personally deliver it today. My Production Manager and myself will assess the overspray in person and develop a plan to remedy the situation.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because: I have received the check for reimbursement for internet line repair and the business representative was at my house to inspect what I wanted repaired. They agreed and said they would schedule repairs but have not as of today.

After brining the check to ****************** in person we walked the house and made note of any issues to address. We mentioned that we would go speak with the crew and look at our schedule and get them out there at the very first available time we had. We spoke with ****************** on the phone again and explained we were waiting to hear back from the crew who did his installation and told him that we would be calling him to set a firm time as soon as we can. That is when this follow-up up was submitted rejecting the resolution. I spoke with ****************** yesterday and scheduled the service for Saturday morning (August 13th) after hearing back from the crew that they would be available. We will perform the service this weekend and call ****************** to follow up.Customer response

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.The crew did a perfect job correcting the areas that I complained about on Saturday 8/13/2022.
