***BEWARE***This POS owns *****'s AAA appliance service. This company is a rip off. I only wish I would have checked with better business bureau before we contacted this place. So many complaints, Almost all of them are the same situation, including ours. They send a technician, who is part of her family. He had no idea what he was doing, which didn't matter because he was only there to rip us off. They charged us for that call and then had to order a part, which we had to pay for upfront. We waited for them to come back and no show. We called, and we texted, and no one returned our phone calls. It's a shame because we wanted to give a smaller company our business, and this is what happened to us. To this day we have not received our money back. With all the people she has ripped off, I just cannot understand why she has not been charged with theft.

In early December 2022 I paid $89 for a technician to come to my house to service my washing machine. During the visit, the technician found three problems that needed parts, quoted me a fee to fix them and asked for half of the payment up front, for a total cost of $400+. I paid an additional $141 to retain them for the fix and was told it would be at least a week to get the parts in. Two weeks later I contacted the company to find out what the status was, and was told that one of the three parts had not yet arrived, and that I would be contacted **** when the part came in. After that, I contacted the company multiple times and got no response. I explained that I was moving in three weeks, then two, then one, and that I needed the repair made before I left. One time I got a response from the technician saying that he would look right into it and that he would get back to me. I ended up moving before the issue was ever resolved and now I am getting no response at all from the company. I have text messages and credit card charges to back it all up.

Date of service - 1/11/23 Amount - $307 Refrigerator/freezer repair 1/11 - inquired about repair - they promptly returned my call. Told me I need to pay for service call up front $ 89. I did via VENMO - big mistake. They said a tech would be out next dat.1/12-tech arrived as promised. Accessed my issue on freezer. Told that a part needed to be ********** would take about a week. He said that the office will send me the quote to review. Upon accepting the quote. I was called to discuss payment. They asked for 1/2 up front which I paid via Venmo again. She said she'll call me the following week to schedule installation. I never received a call. They will not respond to calls (no answer), texts, emails. I have since researched the heck out of them via BBB, ******* Yelp - all the same complaints. I don't even understand how they are in business still.

Our Subzero compressor broke and we call this company to come out and repair, they rushed me to pay $1500 for the parts, which was very odd however I used them 3 times prior so I trusted them on this. Well 90 days later we never had our Subzero fixed and we have had very little to no communication with the company after sending them the money. We called another company and 3 days later our Subzero was fixed. Again little to no communication and now we are still out $1500 and they are not responding. After reading all these reviews I see why.

On May 18th 2022 we had *****'s AAA Appliance Service of the ***********/Schertz area *************** in the office, *********************** service tech) assess our Jenn Air fridge/freezer for non-functioning due to no power. Problem was diagnosed as several blown computer boards. The company had successfully repaired the fridge for the same problem in 2021. This time we paid $400+ for parts to be ordered, 2 boards reportedly came in within several weeks and then we have been told repeatedly that the 3rd part was to be in "this friday" for multiple weeks running, then "can't locate it in transit so will have it re-shipped overnight", and now they have been unresponsive to multiple emails, texts and calls in the 3 weeks since it was to have been overnighted. Would like the fridge either fixed or to have our money for the parts returned.

I found 2 fraudulent bank charges in my credit card totaling $2000 or more. I was able to report the Dec charge to Amex and that was handled. Unfortunately the other was a few months back and Amex couldnt help me. When I called this company the owner agreed that it was not my charge and would reimburse me asap. This has been over a month ago with multiple attempts to reach her. I have written proof that this isnt my charge and proof that she was going to pay me back. After reading reviews online it looks as if she does this regularly and its a common thing to make fraudulent charges. Yall need to investigate asap.

On August 14th, 2021, a repairman of Paula's AAA Appliance Repair came out to our residence of *********************************************** to repair our fridge. We were asked to pay half down, a total of $262.00 and would pay the remaining $263.00 upon completion of service. We were told the part was backordered and would arrive in approximately 2 weeks but could take up to 3 months **** After this encounter, we did not hear from ******* for months. Both my boyfriend and I called dozens of times and were ignored. I started calling from numbers not associated with my account just to get a status update and they would say they would have our technician call me back and one time even told me their warehouse was "hacked and held for ******" but they would be able to get the part that following Monday. I never heard from them. Around Christmas time I started patiently asking for a refund because it had already been 4 months and no one can be expected to live out of ice chests for that long waiting for a refrigerator, especially people with kids. We had to purchase a whole new fridge. The employee was very understanding and said although she could not authorize a refund herself, she would get her boss involved to issue the refund via money order because the transaction was so far back they could not put it on my card. The "boss" never called, I continued to call over a period of weeks from different numbers and was told the same thing over and over. The company website states that if you choose to have them do the repair, they waive the diagnostic fee. Although I would have much rather them actually fix the fridge, at this point I just want my money back and am willing to accept a refund of the total amount less the $69 diagnostic fee. The total I am requesting is $193.00

I paid this company $80 to diagnose why my oven doesnt work. The tech was here less than 15 minutes and told me what was wrong. He gave me a quote and no paperwork. I kept calling to schedule something to get it fixed. Now they want to charge me another $80 because they cant remember the house call. From their paper work they told me what was diagnosed, all the notes about the house visit, and the parts that we need to get it fixed. They wont finish the service or make the call I need for my home warranty. They want another $80 to make a phone call. Ive been calling for weeks and left voicemails. Ive even left voicemails to email me the paperwork so I can submit it to my home warranty myself. They have been rejecting and ignoring my calls. They also havent returned phone calls to resolve the issue.

I paid for a part for my dishwasher. They never came back to put in the new part. I have left numerous messages, and I never receive a call back, when they first came to repair my dishwasher, they told me the part they ordered was on back order. They would call me, when it came in. That was about 6 months ago.
