My experience with this company was the worst. I must admit I gave in to the sales pitch & felt misinformed on many fronts. They sell you on no payments for 6 moths. What they won't tell you is that interest would be accruing in those six months. In my case it was to the tune of $1831.67. I only found out after making my first payment & seeing the entire amount went to interest. Now I play the catch-up game with interest continuing to accrue. I was also never told that the Credit Human in *********** would have a lien on my mortgage if not paid in full. Had I known these two things ahead of time I would never have made the purchase.This company also failed to guide me on two very important documents that needed to be filed with ********** electric retail provider. I had to find this out the hard way by doing my own investigation. I've had solar since *****' & have yet to see a significant difference in my bill. Maybe this will change as the temperature gets hotter? I was told by the representative that I would get 16K back for the incentive & got nowhere near that. What they don't tell you is that the credit is based on your respective ************ situation. They sold me on the estimate which showed my monthly bill would only be very minimal, "about ***** dollars a month, said the sales rep. All my electric bills so far have either remained the same or gone up despite the App telling me I've produced more each month than I've taken from the grid. All I can say is buyer beware. Do your due diligence & be careful not to give in to their deceptive sales pitch.
