I had a small project to complete on my house; some trim needed to be replaced on one corner. I spoke with **** with AAG who came to my house and reviewed the project. He was quick to add more work onto my original scope of the project. When I told him I wanted to start with the initial need, he agreed to do the job, but two weeks after the project started, it is still not complete. **** was quick to be on-site with the insurance adjuster, but he was slow to start the removal and replacement of the trim. He removed the trim on the front corner of my house and then left the rafters exposed. He finally came back and put netting up, but the inspector stated that a tarp should have been used to protect my house from rain. Sure enough, we had rain one evening and the entire area was open. Additionally, **** said the project required more materials than initially estimated, so the cost of the project went up.**** then came back and started replacing the trim, but then stated he had to leave because he didn't have a ladder tall enough to finish the job. At this point, **** had been on-site five times and so he should have had the insight to bring the appropriate ladder with him. Since **** went to get a taller ladder, I have not received a response from him, even after several attempts. He does not answer his phone, is voice mailbox is full, and he doesn't respond to texts. ********, his office assistant, made excuses for him initially, but she too stopped responding to me regarding a timeline for completing the work. At this point, I still have an exposed area on the front of my house and will have to find another contractor to finish the work. I strongly recommend avoiding this company because they are not worth the hassle. I was concerned when during a phone conversation with **** he started complaining about the lack of care his "guys" demonstrates; but it is obvious now that he too shares the same approach to work, and lack of care for his customers
