Tattoo Artist **** messaged me on instagram saying I? was the winner for a giveaway for a tattoo worth $1000. He initially scheduled me for my first consultation March 31st, 2024 Easter day. I? agreed. Then he rescheduled me to March 30th because he said he didnt realize he had scheduled me on Easter, I? moved my plans around and agreed to go in on the 30th instead. My first consultation included starting the tattoo process and first session. At consultation he said what I? wanted to get tattooed was worth $1500, so I? would have to pay the difference. Initial deposit was $250 which I? paid him through cash app (attached receipt). He asked for additional $500 which I? paid for in person and it was cash because he requested cash only. He failed to give me receipt he said he would give it to me on my next session. After my first consultation and also the first session which was March 30th, he scheduled me for May 12th for my second session. I? agreed. Then he messaged me saying he was going to have to change the date because he didnt notice he had scheduled me on mothers day. Once again, I? moved my plans around and he rescheduled me for May 24th at 12pm. I recently had a family emergency and had to switch jobs, so I? asked him if I? could change the appointment for a different day or a later time. He said it would be a $200 rescheduling fee which I? find ridiculous considering me he rescheduled me twice due to mistake on his end. Then I? told him I? would see if I? would be able to just keep initial appointment without reschedule and I? would let him know within 24 hours. He said okay, then I? messaged him within 24 hours to confirm my initial appointment time for May 24th, he said he had already scheduled someone else and I? would have to pay rescheduling fee regardless. I? told him it wasnt fair and he ended up blocking me on instagram thus deleting all chat history we had.Initial Complaint

Date of transaction is 2/24. I paid$1,014 for a cover up tattoo that he quotes me 1000$ for but due to atm it was 14$ over. He stated he took no other but money transactions. I went for two sessions first 2/24(he told me to come at 8:30pm stayed until2:30am) and then my second session was 3/9. 3/9 was originally at 12:00pm but he reschedule to 6:00pm with no injury. I came and he stated my friend couldnt come in unless she paid for a consultation , which then she could. He told me he had another appointment at 11:00pm coming in. Our session ended at 10:30 pm where as not even half of my tattoo was done with 13 hours to show for. He also stated that if I was using anything other than what he makes for cream he wouldnt tattoo me anymore (even thought I had a reaction to his things) hes asking for more money on top of the 1000$ I already paid. Its ridiculous and his customer service is terrible! I will never recommend him to anyone and the tattoo look terrible one of the snakes out lines he blew. Hes rude and didnt even ask for my ID , he has no record of it anywhere. Overall a terrible person and experience.
