            I have had several issues with this once great theater, now under terrible management. I purchased two tickets to The Fabelmans on November 24th @ 7p. There was screen damage to the point of utter and terrible distraction. So I let them know, they get back with me after sending probably 4 emails. They agree to give me two rainchecks. I go back to see the same movie, hoping for a better experience on a different screen. Nope. Different screen, in even worse condition. They give me two more rainchecks after arm twisting. A month later, I go to another showing of Phantom Thread, 1/2 @ 6:30p. The chair leather was so frayed it CUT into my jeans. After a lengthy wait, they gave me two more rainchecks. I go back January 22nd, same screen, but I made sure to move WAY away from those cutting seats. Or so I thought. Screen 3, Row 9, Seats 6 and 5. I sat in 6. Cut my leg all the way through When You Finish Saving the World. I have reached out to them 4 separate times since then, they are ignoring me. They show movies I can't find anywhere else in ***********. In other words, they have a monopoly of pain. Photos of seats attached.

            The service is awful. They enforce a 18% gratuity, praising a fair wage. If they want a fair wage pay them more, do not illegally force the client to pay something that is voluntary and according to the kind of service received. Do not buy giftcards, because they do not honor the credit they give for food if you buy them in advance. Fraudulent cinema that misleads to sell tickets in advance with this giftcards, and the rude managers do not accept them with several excuses. Super expensive, fraudulent and illegal in so many ways.
