The driver tried 3 times to talk his way out of the call to tow my vehicle to the dealer. Complaining to me about how far away he was. Once he loaded vehicle and left he damaged my driveway. Stained the driveway with a petroleum based fluid as well as gouges in the drive concrete. After leaving the driver calls to notifying me hes going to leave the car with the key in it. I tell him Im not comfortable with the keys being left in the vehicle. He left the keys after a used car manager refused to let him leave the keys in the car. The driver left the vehicle at the wrong business the wrong building. After all this the dispatcher hung up on my wife and myself 4 times refusing to move the vehicle I had to contact the National number that the insurance is through.Initial Complaint

i Was not satisfied with Texas roadside services their business is located at ************************************* *********** Texas ***** their phone number is ************ I was picked up first from the Texas roadside services and was taken to location where my truck was abandoned reason for this I did not have a ride to get to my truck I was charged for the ride as well... First of all the driver was very rude he also was talking his foreign language on the phone while driving and doing so the tow truck driver bumped into another vehicle while backing up leaving location where my vehicle was towed from. I asked him a question that had to do with the towing services and he told me that he was on the phone talking with his family for me not to interrupt I was only trying to help out because I figured he wasn't paying attention tow truck driver practically stayed on the phone at all times on the way back to my house he never bothered to put on the seat belt as well I make this complaint because it's towards my safety ..I did not get a receipt and I was overcharged as well due to tow truck driver not having change to give me back... the tow truck driver also left my vehicle parked on top of the neighbors grass and I cannot have no vehicles on top of the grass we're renting the lot where my mobile home resides he also was complaining about that I live in a bad neighborhood today is Friday April the 29th 2022 I call and ask to speak with the supervisor from Texas roadside services no one could attend to my needs about the complaint I asked if they could email me a receipt and into then I have not gotten one I am having issues at the moment trying to get the truck off the neighbor's grass where it was left from the tow truck company because I do not have the keys to the vehicle please help or guide me what to do nextBusiness response

We had a meeting with the driver who serviced the customer, yesterday. He strongly denied the allegation by the customer. The towing service was provided on 4/19/2022 at 2:23am. Driver arrived before the **** Driver stated that the customer was very grouchy and unhappy when he arrived. Also, customer was arguing about the cost of the call which he agreed with the dispatcher. Our drivers are very well trained to provide the best customer service. We service San ************************* and major Insurance companies such as AAA, Geico, Allstate, etc.

I am rejecting this response because:
Tow truck driver is lying everything that he said about me was a lie I was not grouchy not once I do not understand how people could lie I have nothing to hide I am telling the truth on my behalf I will take this to court if I have to. The judge will be able to tell who's lying just because the tow truck company has served better people with high standards that does not mean anything got to treat every customer equal it is not right it is not fair
