      This is simply not the case. Gold crown reserve was one former platform of MANY platforms we used at one time. We discontinued using them once they wanted to begin trying to charge our clients a yearly fee. We actually have increased our platforms and now have many more options and platforms from which to book travel from. We let any clients know to NOT pay any fees to this company as they are in NO way affiliated with us and have not been for several years. We sent out a blanket email to all Global Concepts clients at that time as well. Your contract states very clearly you purchased from Global Concepts and are a Global Concepts client.       on 02/-20/2023 I responded to a FB ad stating if you call and do a presentation with Global Concepts you will receive 2 airfare tickets valued at 500 each to go anywhere in the US. I called and went thru the presentation and at this time *********************** **************************************** presentd to me a travel package for ******* I told here I could not do this at this time and she became kind of "RUDE" and stated that I could put it on a credit care. I again told her I could not do this. *** then went on to present the next package down for ******* I again said I could not do this, again she was getting more rude....she went on to present the next lower packarge for ******* and said I would receive 2 sets of airline tickets for ****** each ticket for anywhere in the US. I finally said ok that I was going to ********* and could use these for this trip. She said yes that would work.....I made the comment that I would be traveling alone and she said the tickets would only be good for 2 people or I would have to pay an extra fee ....... So I said ok Ill take someone with me.......after going thru the motions and getting ready to book my trip I find out the tickets are only good if the ticket price on the flight is under ****** each round trip. I was under the impression I could pay the difference if the tickets were over ****** and ****** never corrected me or said different. I at this point stated I wanted to cancel and get my money back as the tickets are no good to me.....******** the owner calls me and says I cannot get get a refund and she will watch the prices I again said if I cant use te tickets I want a refund.......well now rt flights ar ealmost ******* so the tickets I got are useless...I asked about booking 2 one way so I could use the tickets......a normal 7 hour flight would be over 16 hours WTF???? i aksed why and she said ******* I am only using 1 way......everything about this company has been a ******* and mis represented...... this is a trip for my granddaughter ********************************************* the airports for over 16 hours???? The sales people are rude and are not honest.....there are also extra fees they do NOT disclose ..I want a full refund

      *****, We are very concerned with your multiple statements stating that ****** was rude to you!  We are very passionate about the services we offer as a full service travel agency, but would never want our guests to think we are being rude.  With the Sampler package you purchased on 2/20/23, the products and services available to you go way beyond your 2 Roundtrip Airfare.  We would hope that you did not purchase our Sampler package for $2980 for your complimentary airfare gift.  As we discussed on the phone regarding your trip to *********, we also were going to assist with your multiple hotel requests, your car rental, and ********* tickets.  Your statement here suggests that our travel agency only offers airfare vouchers.  We offer so much more!  We started working on your trip to ********* on or around 3/15/23.  We submitted your request to Platinum Air for your voucher.  It states in your new client paperwork that the Platinum air voucher is $500 value per person.  Youve stated in your complaint that you were under the impression that you could pay the difference.  That is not how this voucher works.  You also stated in your complaint that you wanted to cancel.  We have a 3 day Right of Rescission clearly stated on the first page of the client agreement.  Your account was activated on 3/28/23, per the signed client agreement.  When we talked on the phone regarding your account, I did state that cancelling your contract after it was activated was not possible.  Once we activate your account it cannot be undone or cancelled.  I did re submit your voucher for 1 way options.  The options that they offered back were not ideal, I agree, but were the only options available within the $500 range, and the long flights were the only ones available utilizing the voucher.    We do disclose all fees in your paperwork, which I have included for BBBs reference.
      Included:
      ---2 page client agreement signed by all parties on date of sale:  2/20/23.  Please note on first page, right above clients signature, is our Right of Rescission.  Also please note on 2nd page is terms and conditions of the contract. 
      ----6 page new client paperwork-please note on page number 4 is the complimentary airfare cost and restrictions, and page 6 states the value of the voucher at $500 per person.

      I am rejecting this response because: again ****** knew the only reason I purchased this package was because she was rude when I declined the first 2 and continued to say I could not afford it....when I finally have in because she pushes the airline tickets knowing I was going to use them for my trip to *********...never once was I told that I couldn't pay the difference over the 500. Also I told them months in advance a time frame for my trip and no one sent me anymore info on the hotel or park tickets I had to call a few times and the dates were wrong.....I want my money back as I had to book my trip on my own and I was able to get the airline tickets cheaper than what she quoted me

      On 3-30-22, I purchased a sampler vacation package for $2980 which consisted of 2 Hot Weeks for $399 each per year for 10 years. During the presentation I was told it would be $29 a mth to pay the $2980, and I was adamant about ********* **, 1st weekend of Nov being my yearly vacation and I was reassured numerous times oh yes, there are plenty of places to stay and as long as I booked 45 days in advance, I would be Guaranteed the reservations. 1st year I tried to book 7 mths out and the 2nd year 9 mths out. No Hot Week was available in ********* either time. I have been requesting a refund and disputing the charge with my AMEX CC for almost a year now. I still have not gotten a refund. The owner states an automated email was generated when my account went active which he states was 4-5-22, I never received the email. I have repeatedly asked for a copy of that email time stamped and dated which he refuses to send to me or AMEX. The owner ******************************* continues to give me the run around. I specifically asked in the seminar what the cancellation policy was and the representative said why would you want to cancel. Needless to say, I did not read the fine print of 3 days. But nevertheless what I purchased has not been rendered. This company states false information so you will buy into their program and then when you find out what they have stated is false, they will not give you a refund.

      We met ************************* on March 30, 2022.  
      Her account was activated the next Tuesday, April 5, 2022.
      On April 6th, 2022, ************************* requested a stay for November 3rd thru 6th, 2022 in ********* for ********* Bike Rally.  A 3 day stay in *********.  We quoted her multiple options.
      She disputed her purchase with **************** on 4/25/22 claiming she had cancelled her services.  WHY would she request dates for travel IF she cancelled her services with us?
      The dispute was found in our favor by **************** due to overwhelming evidence which included her signed client agreement, her activated account, and her utilizing our services by receiving a quote for her 3 day request in *********.
      On 7/29/22 ************************* escalated the dispute that was found in our favor to Pre-Arbitration.
      On 8/8/22 Pre Arbitration found the case in our favor, once again, due to the overwhelming evidence presented to them.
      On 1/30/23, ************************* requested a week long stay in ********* Bike Rally for first week in November.  We sent her multiple quotes during this very high demand time during the ********* Bike Week, including Hot Week for $398 and Registry Week for $699, which she declined.
      She has since then being emailing us asking questions regarding her services, which we continue to answer.  ************************* continues to ask us over and over for a copy of what she purchased, but refuses to accept her signed client agreement as what she purchased---even though the client agreement clearly states all the terms and conditions on the 2nd page.  She also has asked that we sent what she purchased to ****************, which we did include in her 1st dispute and Pre-Arbitration, which were both found in our favor.  She also wants proof of her activation, which we have repeatedly have sent to her. Her account has been active since 4/5/2022.

      I am sorry I have not responded, I work all the time and I didnt know how long it would take for a response from the BBB. And I failed to check my emails. 

      I do not know where the message on **** came from. The resolution is NOT satisfactory to me. 

      I have requested Global Concepts to send AMEX and myself a copy of the agreement of this $2980 being paid at $29 a mth until paid . Global Concepts has refused to send a copy to AMEX and myself. And the payment has not been at $29 a mth. I have had to continue to dispute the charge with AMEX so there wouldnt be any finance charges. This was one of Global Concepts false tactics in getting someone to buy into there scam. 

      Also Global Concepts is trying to say my account was activated on April 5,2022.  I received an email on April 12, 2022 stating my account was active. I have requested Global Concepts to send AMEX and myself a copy of the computer generated email time stamped with the date and time. Global Concepts has refused to send that information also . I have a time stamp for April 12, 2022. Global Concepts sent a print out with the date of April 5 typed in. I DO NOT have an email from Global Concepts dated April 5, 2022.  I tried canceling this contract as early as April 4, 2022 because no HOT WEEK was available in ********* on the dates we were requesting. BBB can you request a copy of the $29 a mth to be paid on this vacation package until paid off- which the $29 a month was not anywhere near rendered. Also can you request a copy of the computer generated time stamped email on April 5,2022. 

      Global Concepts uses false tactics to lure people in to buy in to their program. When In fact I think its theft. Yes there is a signed contract, they received their money but I have not received anything on my end of the contract.

      Good morning, ************ has been very unprofessional, the ethical practices are not to par. 1. We signed up on 1/17 was promised to get funded by one of their 11 banks to repay $59 a month at 0% until paid in full. 1/25 ******* reached out said to let her know when we receive the **** of America card. 1/29 ******** reached to ****** to check on the status of the card. advised no card but **** of America did call and I spoke with them. ****** reached out to ******* on 2/1 informing her that I still had not received the card ******* response back was let me figure this out. On 2/3 we reached out again on the status of the card stressing urgency of not being able to afford the bill. No response back from ******* until 2/6 asking if we heard from her team, we responded no. We did speak with ***** on the phone same day and stressed the concern again was told no worries it will all be taken care of. On 2/14 we asked to cancel. On 2/15 we received a phone call from ***** saying our account was locked/not funded and they would pay the interest on our card for 90 days and then try to reapply for funding. We informed them that we actually received the card in the mail yesterday stating approved.2. We were promised to get timely traveling quotes. Even promised that while on trips we could call and get same day quotes to events. SLA given was 24 hrs response for last min trips and up to 72hrs for trips pushed out. On 1/25 I reached out to ******* letting her know that I had an upcoming trip to ****** and needed a quote on a hotel on 1/27 I received a phone from ****** and she promised to have a quote to me by Monday 1/30 and sent me a test email to confirm they had the right email on file. I responded back same day. At the end of the day on 1/30 appx 6:30 PST I reached out for status on 1/31 I reached out again she responded she had a EMG and will work on it right away. On 2/1 I finally received quotes and was very disappointed because I went on a different site and found a cheaper quote. Sent text message to ******* expressing frustration. ******* responded let me figure this out. On 2/6 ********* reached out with a quote from ****** a cash back. Same day 2/6 received a text message from ***** offering another deal cash back. I asked why are we receiving cash back was it because of all the trouble we been experiencing. I was told no it's standard to share the commission with the customer 60/40. I also spoke with ***** he informed us they fired ****** because she messed up 3 other accounts as well. I didn't have my card we circled back later that day. I booked deal same day. I also asked about my quote for ******* that I asked for on 1/18. I was told by ***** he would get back to me next day. On 2/7 I called and spoke to ****** she told me ***** (owner) took my file and she would get back to me ASAP. I also spoke with ***** he assured me we were priority. On 2/14 still nothing we asked to cancel via text no response for 6 hrs we sent another text and we told ***** would call us back. Then received another text at 8pm PST stating we could call anytime. We asked to talk on 2/15. On 2/15 ***** called not ***** as promised called he advised due to the account not being funded they could not provide any quotes or do any transactions which didn't make any since cause our AMX had already paid them in full plus we already did the ****** Due to all the inconsistencies and broken promises, we want to cancel. We want to resolve this in a clean respectful manner. Please do the right thing and cancel and refund our money. They advise they would make an phone appointment to discuss the account. We never received a call from ***** last night he was supposed to call us at February 21st, 2023 yesterday evening at 7:00 p.m. Pacific standard Time to go over the cancellation. It was 742 p.m. on February 21st still no call from *****. Or a text stating that he wouldn't be calling us yesterday evening. Please credit my **************** card today by 1:00 p.m. Pacific standard Time. Also please let me know when this has been completed. They lied and advised they called at 7pm. However, i sent them a copy of my phone log and they never called. There work ethics are not there, they don't do what they say there going to do. I'm not sure if this a fraudulent company because they haven't been able to provide me with any travel arrangements at all.       We ************** and her daughter ****** on 1/17/23.  ***** purchased our Gold package.  Per the client agreement, their account was activated on 1/24/23.  ***** was approved with **** of America after a pending status.  **** of America would have sent ***** correspondence regarding her pending status, if any additional information was needed from her, and also sent her your approval information.  Her address, email address and all of her info was used to procure her financing.  All correspondence was sent to her.  Our client asking to cancel was not an option and discussed with the client because 1) we had activated her account and 2) she had utilized our services for a ****** trip for her daughter, *************  The client states in this complaint that she booked her ****** trip, which offered an additional $300 discount on top of the already discounted rate.   We also provided quotes for *********** activities, and received a request for *******.  We contacted the client multiple times.  I have spoke with the client personally and offered to assist them with their travel needs.  They refused any assistance, and continue to ask for a refund, which I have already told them is not an option.  The client has also disputed their charge, and we are currently fighting this dispute to be found in our favor.  We once again are offering to assist the client with their future vacation and travel needs, as cancellation is not an option.

      I'm not really sure why this company continue to not tell the truth. To this day they have not called me to set up any appointments or anything like that I have not received any benefits from this company. I'm the one that's paying for the **************** in ******************************* has not received any benefits from them so I'm not really sure why they continue to lie. Another thing my **************** is still in dispute so I'm not really sure why they continue to lie. I can show you documentation to that. ******** has not contacted me at all to keep my account in good standings so I'm not really sure why she continues to lie I've not talked to this lady since February 23rd. I'm not going to continue to go back and forth with this dispute they're not handling good company practice. Or customer service in that matter cuz she has not reached out to me it's not that I don't want to handle this I do. But they're not being fair to me they have not gave me any quotes to my ******* trip still today. That's what I've been requesting from day one and they have not gave me any quotes like come on. She can say she's giving somebody else a quote all day long but she has not gave ******************************* any quotes. Please reply back to this company. I don't know how to do it on your portal. Thank you ******************************* and I don't care to go back and forth on the same issue

      On December 7, 2022 I met with *******************************, Owner/CEO of Global Concepts (GC), as well as other representatives of his company. I was presented with a concept whereby for a fee of $4980.00 I would receive a Silver Level membership. Within that membership GC would be able to offer me reductions (wholesale pricing) of domestic and international airfares, hotel and resorts, cruises, car rentals, and various excursions, and tickets. GC said this was only available to them because they were in the travel industry. My membership would gain me access to their pricing, and as such, they would also do all of the scheduling legwork (reservations, bookings) for me. In addition to that, if I joined I would also receive 2 airline tickets, with no expiration dates. The first time I attempted to use the company was for a rental car. The rate I was given was considerably lower than I had found, so I let them book it. The representative told me I would have to pay full price, and that I would receive the difference in the form of a check from GC. Nothing had EVER been mentioned about reimbursements when I joined. This happened a second time when GC booked a hotel room for me. To date, I have not received the 2 reimbursement checks from GC, nor have I received the 2 airline vouchers. On 1/24/2023 I contacted GC and expressed my dissatisfaction with the company. I offered to forego the reimbursements owed to me as well as the "free" flight vouchers in exchange for a refund of my membership payment of $4980. Twice I was contacted by representatives of GC letting me know that the Owner/CEO would get in touch with me to discuss my request; however, to date, he has not contacted me. This company has not and cannot honor its promises as made to me when I agreed to the membership. At the very least GC has been deceptive, and possibly even fraudulent in all of its dealings with me. I want my money refunded and I will forego anything else which GC owes to me.

      As a full service accredited travel agency we are able to offer our client reduced pricing from the multiple agency platforms we  are affiliated with.  These discounts are presented to our clients in multiple options:  discounts built into the pricing, cash back allowances, or a combination of the 2.  ******************** first experience booking her car rental through our office offered the cash back allowance.  We search all available platforms to offer the best discount available for our clients.  We also do offer discounts on airfare, hotel and resorts, cruises car rentals, excursions and tickets as listed, in addition to doing all the pricing research and building our client's itineraries based on their requests.  
      We did have an issue with a mailing mistake when we  mailed out ******************** cash allowance and her additional Platinum Air vouchers, which we have apologized for and remedied with *****************  I have personally reached out and spoke in length with **************** to review the services we offer and to apologize for her mail being  returned to our  office undeliverable.   When we spoke we reviewed all of ******************** questions and concerns as listed, and all have been explained and remedied.

      March 30,2022 I was led to believe Global Concepts had some sort of inside info for cheap travel. This has simply not been the case. Oftentimes, Expedia (FREE!) has been cheaper/easier/less hassle than GC. GC has lied repeatedly to me and I have documented it. Lawsuit is pendingHeres what GC probably wont tell you at your free dinner table. 1: First and foremost: RIGHT OF RESCISSION! You have three days in the ************** to change your mind after youve signed on the dotted line. After that, youre stuck with it. It takes 14 DAYS before you will receive any benefits of any kind from your new membership and find out GC disappoints.2: There is $150 transfer fee if you sign up for GCs 0% interest credit card. (Most likely, **** of America) GC may, or may not, pay that fee for you, at their discretion. (I complained, the owner became irate, and paid the $150 for me. Yay!)3: Your credit score will drop nearly 100 points when you sign up for your 0% interest credit card. (Mine did.) Be mindful of that before you sign. 4: Theyre not free plane tickets as was stated in the advertisement. They are third-party airline vouchers valued at $500+ taxes and fees. They require a 45-day advance notice to use and are for two people only! If one is traveling alone, one will waste the ticket. (Lots of strings attached!) ***** contacted the third-party and split them up for me. After taxes and fees, it cost almost exactly the same price as booking my own airfare through Expedia. ($535)5: The 15 to 45% savings so far has been a farce. Best Ive done is about 11% (after much arguing back-and-forth with my GC Rep, who first offered me $8 off a $141 hotel bill!) 6: If you question anything GC has lied to you about, they will pass you from one representative, to the next, and to the next, etc., then stop talking to you altogether. (Five times for me.)7: Document all communication! 8:Opinion: Save $6k and a lot oheadaches; dont sign up with GC!

      ****, since you came on board in March of 2022, you have already redeemed one of your airline vouchers with multiple provisions that were submitted and hard worked for on your behalf and have received multiple discounts as well as cash back discounts in the amount of $587 for the few bookings you have already booked through our office.  I have spent countless hours on the phone with you.  My office has been cursed out by you multiple times.  Your abuse to our office staff and to myself is very concerning.  We are a travel agency.  We do get better prices than public prices, because we are a travel agency. Your deep dive into our personal information and trying to slander our business name and personal name is very concerning to say the least. When you said I want a full refund or I will bury you and your company I had no idea that you would go anywhere near this far off the rails. Your personal threat to me to 'blast us' on all social media does not concern me.  We treat all of our clients with the utmost respect, but we will not be cursed out by you! With you, ************ with all the hard work my office staff, ******** and myself put in and the many times you have used our services there is ABSOLUTELY NO reason that warranted ANY type of refund on ANY level. If you want to continue to post these untrue posts then so be it. I WILL HOPE that the average consumer will see that we have hundreds of 5 star reviews on multiple sites that love our services and will continue to use us for all their travel needs. But I will NOT be BULLIED into refunding you on your account simply to make you go away!
       No, you cannot beat our prices. If someway somehow you were able to beat our pricing then one of our BEST features is that our 110% price match kicks in and not only would we match the lower cost but would then beat that cost again by an additional 10%. This is clearly stated in writing in our paperwork. Please refer to your signed client agreement and notes you went home with all the copies. We use MANY different travel agent platforms/portals/licenses to quote and book our clients with.  As I finish out my response If you need to have something travel related booked even now with the TERRIBLE and ABUSIVE treatment to my office staff you are welcome to by phone call, text or email but at this point ALL correspondence must either go thru ******** or myself as I will not put anymore of my staff thru your horrible abusive behavior as you curse and burate them going so far as to make one of my top agents break down and cry. I will never have that happen in my office again. Everyone now knows if you are calling in, that call is to be directed at myself or ******** immediately. It is a true shame it has come to this stage with any client. It never has before and I truly hope it never happens again in the history of our company. Trust me **** BOTH ******** and Myself know that the EASY thing to do would have been to just refund you once you made your threats BUT it certainly wouldn't have been the right thing to do and a slippery road we chose not to drive down. Again if any assistance is needed with booking travel you may call, text or email ******** or myself only.       I am rejecting this response because:How dare I have the audacity to pay, out of my own pocket, for a background check on Global Concepts, ******************************* and *********************************** Bohannon, ***********************, and other staff members AFTER, and only AFTER, they repeatedly lied to me in writing, cussed ME out, and stole $5,970 from me, making it necessary for me to hire a lawyer because ***** essentially told me to *** him and he will spend $50,000 before he gives me $1 because he and his staff refuse to work with me or deliver anything they promised? Generally speaking, this is about the most narcissistic thing I have ever read from *****. I didnt do it to slander him, harm his business, or anything of the sort. I did it to find out a little bit about my [now] enemies who have now, quite rudely, told me to speak to them through my attorney. Global Concepts and their staff has lied to me, belittled me, cussed me out, and even BLOCKED my number after I dared to question why I wasnt getting the discounts and services I was promised when I signed up for Global Concepts. As far as Global Concepts Better Business Bureau rating, its not worth the webpage its printed on! GCs YELP rating is far more accurate. It is also quite low and is atrocious. Plus, people like me are able to post screenshots of conversations that took place between myself and Global Concepts where I can back up everything I have said about this illegitimate business. With the Better Business Bureaus website, its basically my word against Global Concepts staff, in which case they have lied numerous times in their response to my complaint and it is much more difficult for me to prove it here. (If *****, ********, and ****** did not have a long history of theft, (at a minimum, 1993-Present!) DWI, bankruptcy, and failing to appear for trial, they should have been more than thrilled I performed a background check to prove they are the good, honest, hard-working people as they so commonly pat themselves on the back as being.) Now, for clarification, I took it upon myself to perform a background check on *****/*********************************** BOHANNON and *********************** only AFTER it became necessary for me to hire a lawyer; and only AFTER Global Concepts staff lied to me repeatedly, hence, the reason I hired an expensive lawyer and performed a background check in the first place! These people have been extremely rude and unprofessional, called ME names, even calling me names, here and now, on the Better Business Bureaus own website! (I never once called them names and I have saved every text message and email, in its entirety, so I can prove this in the court of law!) Since it has come down to me having to hire a very expensive lawyer, I took it upon myself to familiarize myself with these people, who are now my enemies, and who have lied to me [in writing!] as Im preparing for a lengthy court battle since they stopped responding to me, BLOCKED ME, completely breached the contract I signed, and told me to speak to them through my attorney. Ive done everything I can possibly do to settle this dispute out of court. Global Concepts even stole the $51 cash back I was promised to receive from a trip I booked August 17, 2022! I guess the $51 cash back I never received must have been in the number ***** pulled out of thin air as the money Global Concepts has saved me. Once again, ***** lied right here; once again I can prove it in writing. ***** has NOT spoken to me for countless hours! ***** hasnt said a word to me since he spoke to me for ONE MINUTE on October 27, 2022 before going into a rage and hanging up on me when I contacted him to let him know I had just found out about his long criminal history! It was sort of a plea, by me, to keep this dispute out of court, if at all possible. ***** then proceeded to send me a hateful text and informed me he was blocking me. I have done everything I can to keep this dispute out of court. I have given up. My lawyer said something to the effect of people who have this long of a history of lying and stealing dont feel theyve done anything wrong; essentially saying, people like ***** and ******** no longer have a conscience. I completely agree. I have stayed in contact with ***** as much as I could. ***** and Global Concepts refuse to communicate with me. (I have this in writing, as well, and GC knows it. This makes it all the more disturbing that Global Concepts staff would blatantly lie on the Better Business Bureaus website when I have told them repeatedly I have these conversations, in their entirety, so I can prove everything I have said in the court of law! I guess they dont believe me, yet. )  
      Most of what ***** said was an outright lie. First of all, the free airline voucher I used cost me $535 (I would hardly call that free, or even saving money, when I could have booked my own airline ticket through Expedia for almost exactly the same priceat MY convenience, not having to give 45 days notice and not arriving at my destination at 11:40 PM!)  Secondly, as far as the cashback is concerned, ******************************* stopped talking to me nearly a month ago after she stole the $51 cash back she promised me from a trip I booked Wednesday, August 17, 2022, all because I even dared to raise the question as to why Expedia was $20 cheaper for a hotel room than ***************! (I was unable to get ahold of anyone at Global Concepts to book me a hotel room when I needed it, so I took the liberty of price comparison between Expedia and ***************, even though I wont get cash back if I book it myself. Turns out, Expedia was $20 cheaper, so I went with them. ******* finally responded to me the next day after I had already checked out of my hotel room I had to book myself. She then proceeded to tell me I dont get cash back from ***************, anyway. Wow!)
      Global Concepts, particularly ******************************* and *********************************** have been extremely rude to me. It is an outrage that ***** would so blatantly lie and say he talked to me for countless hours. 
      Global Concepts said we do get better than public prices. I have not seen this. In my experience, and I have screenshots to prove it to the staff members who no longer communicate with me, many of the free websites like Priceline and Expedia have been anywhere from $1-$20 cheaper, in some cases, than Global Concepts website!
      I have never once stated I will bury you and your company or personally threatened to blast us on all social media, or anything of that nature! Again, whomever wrote this is blatantly lying on Better Business Bureaus webpage! 
      We treat all of our clients with the utmost respect, but we will not be cursed out by you. I will leave this right here. I have emails text messages and screenshots to prove otherwise. I will reiterate, I have NEVER cussed out anyone from Global Concepts! However, Global Concepts has called me names, ignored my messages, hung up on me, and BLOCKED me.
      No, you cannot beat our prices. I have proved time and time again that I HAVE beat Global Concepts prices and I took screenshots to prove it to them! They havent spoken to me since
      If someway somehow you were able to beat our pricing [after we just told you in the sentence above that you cannot beat our prices] then one of our best features is that our 110% price match kicks in and not only would we match the lower cost but then beat that cost by an additional 10%. This is a blatant lie! I travel every month of the year. I signed up with Global Concepts on March 30, 2022. Not even once have they even come close to matching these figures! Numerous times I have beaten Global Concepts prices by a lot! Numerous times, Global Concepts asked me where did you find those prices? And, numerous times, I have told them I found these prices via a quick search on Expedia. It is at this point, Global Concepts staff members refuse to talk to me for months. If Global Concepts has been saving our communication, as I have, perhaps they could give me a single example of where this has been true. I can give several examples of where it has NOT been true.

      Because *****, ********, ******, and ******* have lied to me so much, I have done extensive research in finding out more about these people with a long criminal history who are bound and determined to make me take them to court. In doing so, I reached out to some of the disgruntled former employees whom Global Concepts did tell me about at the dinner table when I signed up. This was the ONE thing GC told me that was actually true. Global Concepts DOES have a lot of disgruntled ex-employees! Employees who have been lied to and stolen from by ***** and ********. I reached out to these former employees and told them about my nightmarish experiences with Global Concepts. I discovered these ex-employees also have some awful experiences of their own with Global Concepts. I asked if they would be willing to testify in the court of law and they responded with a most definite YES, in writing. I wont go into detail due to the pending lawsuit, but these are some very powerful statements and allegations against Global Concepts and a testament to ***** and ********* lack of moral character. I pray to God justice is served in this matter! For there is nothing hidden that will not be disclosed, and nothing concealed that will not be known or brought out into the open.

      Attended a Global Concepts travel agency lucheon 10/11/22 with my son. ******* said for only $59 a mo. Ill get 4 free airfare tickets plus 2 free airfare ticket voulchers for attending & the 110% price match guaranteed, etc. discounted travel services. I told *******, I dont do credit cards, I dont have $5,970 and cant afford to pay more. She said Im "already approved" with their in house finance at 0% they had my info. Its a 1 time fee $5,970 no other fees/interest Just wait for card in the ************ up account then I can book a flights 45 days with Platinum Air/**************** voulcher after account is setup. Yet, *************************************, the wife of supposedly CEO said at the lucheon if I sign agreement I can book asap. I called phone number on Global Concepts card, Platinum Air and no answer. I got an email couple days ago that a *********** credit card was on its way to me, but I thought SPAM I ddnt open a account nor dont do credit cards. On 10/20/22 I got a spam email from another company, ************* then an email receipt $5,970 was charged to *********** credit card...I texted Kirtsen she didnt respond back. I looked up *************, Global Concepts and ********************* are all the same companies with bad Fraud/Scam reviews. I was misled, they took my info. under false pretense...******* told me I was already approved for services with their in-house finance at 0% line of credit, but they actually applied for a *********** credit card in my name for $8,000 credit limit after. Its not a line of credit, no in-house 0% financing for the life of the balance til paid off. *********** confirmed after February its *****%. I ddnt agree to them applying for a credit card in my name. I was misled they fraudently used my info to apply for a credit card in my name, charged $5970 on my card. I ddnt agree to that nor outside financing with *****% ******* didnt text me back. im not registered. not using your travel agency services. We are not in agreement.

      We have your credit application that was filled out and signed by you!
      We have your client agreement that was signed by you!
      All of your slanderous statements are untrue and are absolutely ridiculous!  
      You have *******'s cell phone.  You have MY cell phone.  You have our office phone number, and you also have all of our email addresses to contact us for any questions.  Instead you decide to slander our names and our business.  
      You DO have 4 airlines flights.
      You DO have access to book those flights and any other travel.
      You DO have texts between ******* and your CONFIRMING your purchase price.
      When we met with you and your son and you signed your client agreement and you signed your credit application to procure financing for your purchase, you agreed to a binding contract between you and Global Concepts.  
      We activated your account---which was the email from Compass Group.
      When you received your *********** financing to YOUR MAIL---YOU activated your credit card, and YOU gave ******* a text to verify the amount that was going to be put on the *********** credit card. The next morning YOU called ******* and gave her the *********** One credit card numbers,expiration date, cvv digit and billing zipcode. All so the purchase could be run on YOUR credit card that YOU didn't KNOW you were getting???  We have called you on multiple occasions only to have you tell us text me. That is no way to have this kind of conversation and you know it.
      To now slander our business is absolutely without warrant.  If you have questions, CALL US.  You should be ashamed of yourself presenting FALSE information!  You should be ashamed of yourself for your FALSE ****** review, too.  
      We have tried to reach out to you multiple times, but you avoid any conversations.

      I am rejecting this response because: you misled me, misused and fraudently used my information and you withhd your intentions on the whole process. I called. I texted. I was still left with unanswered questioms. I did not agree to you applying for a *********** credit card nor applying for any credit card in my name. I told you I dont do credit cards and I didnt have money to pay for service and you insisted, misled me told me I was preapproved. That you had my info thats why I was at the event. We asked how. You again lied and withheld that info. You asked for my info and stated its just for your records to have on file but I thought you were going to create a membership file for me. I specifically asked questions about the forms because I didnt agree to a credit application, nor credit card, nor giving my bank info nor getting a loan and ******* said dont worry your not doing a credit card. I dont know how you applied for a credit card in my name. You misled me stating more than once that I was already approved with your own company with your inhouse financing at 0% and its like a line a line of credit. We asked who, whats the name and how. You pressured me and kept asking if we pay can $59 a mo. til balance is zero ay 0%. I asked what was I getting in the mail and text message clearly shows I had questions, I didnot understand what was going on and then I thought I was getting a membership card and account login to track my bookings and flights. I was not aware you would apply for a credit card with my name i did not agree to you applying for a *********** credit card in my name and I did not fully understand what your cruel intentions were and that your company con me to do. You manipulated me for info saying you were going to apply credit and activate my account and I tried to contact to get answres to my questions before filing complaint. ******* ddnt respond. I contacted *********** several times that day, researched your company and discovered your company is a scam! You lied to get my info as you did to othes and then you used my info to your advantage and I didnt agree to that. You withheld so much information from me and my son when we asked you specficially, how and what and you still lied to my son & I, to our faces!!! You conned me.       After doing a thorough investigation into what has been going on with your account I am at a loss to say the least. There has been 3 different agents that have worked with you on 5 different travel needs over the past year. That is not including the recent complimentary airfare request that you wanted to use the airfare for which are outside of the continental *************. I went on your behalf above and beyond submitting a provision that within 48 hours had an approval from them. I passed this on to my agent ******* who called you and left messages to call us back as well as 2 different emails asking you to call us as this approval was time sensitive. To this date this hour no return communication!

      As I was looking thru your portfolio time after time I see that you booked several types of travel with us from train tickets in Europe to hotels, tours and airline tickets. If our pricing wasn't satisfactory why would you book with us these several different times. Of course our pricing was less and that is why you booked WITH us EVEN after doing your own research. Upon further research I found you indeed did save by booking thru us, on average 22%-37%! As for the person that told you she didn't work in that department anymore that is true she doesn't. She immediately referred your account to ******* one of my 7 different office travel agents who reached out to you the SAME day to help you fulfill your 2 free airfare requests that were going to need my help to go against the rule of the vouchers working inside the continental ************* to get them to fly to ******. I truly wish you would have given us at least that same day to have finished out your request for you or at least called me as you have my business card with both my office line as well as my personal cell number BEFORE you posted the above mentioned complaint. We are here to help you with any questions or assistance with any future travel needs. *******, even now is still waiting on your call, text or email to assist you at your convenience.

      I am rejecting this response because:  You have NOT tried to speak with me about anything.  I had to do all the work on the train tickets-I found the schedule and I told you which train we needed, I found the hotel and I talked with was it ***** who is now no longer with your company and to answer your question about why I booked through you-I have paid you thousands of dollars for a membership with your "travel agency" but you have been no help at all.  Somebody at your agency needs to do something for me.  I have no idea who I will talk to when I call because I have yet to speak with the same person twice.  Every time I have called to ask about the "complimentary airfare" I get an excuse about why it can't be booked.  I needed to use these tickets this month and nobody has bothered to talk with me.  You charge a lot of money and do abosolutely nothing.  So, yes, I completely and totally reject your "response".

           I am at a loss to say the least on your claim that you purchased and came back in the next day to cancel. As the owner of the company, rarely am I along on a marketing campaign. I was however there the day you purchased and also there the next day when you did in fact come back in to explain to us that due to a family emergency you would not be able to keep our purchase price on your credit card. We offered to have any one of our 11 banks we use to finance the cost of our services for you with zero out of pocket and zero percent financing for 15 months. You were excited at that point and said that would be great. ***** your travel advocate brought over our credit application and you completely filled it out with your full legal name, social security number, date of birth, etc. We submitted the application into our system and 2 different banks said they would approve you. 


      We went with **** of America because they had the better offer for our client. We heard no more from ********************** until 2 1/2 almost 3 weeks later When ***** reached out to ********************** to follow up with her purchase. She stated she was not happy being run all over the place and wanted to cancel. ***** explained we did not in fact run her all over the place with two banks saying approved and going with **** of America. ***** then let ********************** know that our office manager would be reaching out to her the next day. That was our last verbal correspondence as ********************* has not answered repeated calls from our office manager as well as myself. I will end my response by stating the obvious. Why would ********************** come in the next day and fill out a credit application with all her very personal information with a company she was cancelling with??? We still have in our possession the filled out, signed, and dated credit application verifying my statements.

      I joined a travel group Global Concepts. I was told I would be charged $29 a month with no interest. I received my credit card **** and they put the full charge of $2980 on my credit card. I also have not been able to use their website as it keeps giving me errors. I would like to get my money refunded. I would also like to give negative reviews on their website so other people dont fall victim to this scam.
