  The car I was sold was AS IS. Which is okay. I fixed the car up & then About a week later I asked for them to buy the car back and I wanted my money back for a better car with a different car and a different company , but it was my first car and they said it doesnt work like that and I cant do that. So I kept the car. Got it fixed spent tons of money on it and just made it how I wanted it. Long story short on March 12th I was out at Texas Roadhouse eating with my girlfriend around 11:30pm in live oak *****. And I walked outside and my car was missing and I wasnt aware that Mendo Motorz was going to tow my car. I called ****** that night he never answered the next day i called him again and no response I called him on a different phone then he Answered and stated he didnt know about my car getting towed. And said that h*** reach out to **** to see why it was towed and he never got back to me. That Monday I called and they said they towed my car because I didnt send them my new insurance which I sent ****** my policy number because **** asked for my number and I sent that. Then they said I owed 1500$ to get my car which they said I was late on my car note 46 days but my bank said I wasnt late. And that information was wrong. WESTLAKE finance has been contacting Mendo Motorz to get my title and contract from them. And they been ignoring them. My bank said theres fraudulent activity going on within the dealership because the report that was sent to the dealership by the bank was cancelled by the dealership. I called and stated that there was fraud going on within the dealership and it wasnt denied. My bank said they dont have the right to tow my vehicle because the bank already bought my car. Im not paying no towing fee either because they had no reason to tow my vehicle simple.
