      On Sep 15, dropped off 2022 SUV to have chrome delete, roof/top wrapped, grill/tires wrapped w/ pick up date of Sep 19. They said it wouldn't be ready and they need more time and asked if they could paint the grill since it was an intricate design. Ok to both. New pick up of Sep 24, 7pm. When we got there, car wasn't ready and they again asked for a.few more hours. While there we noticed bubbling and edges coming up in an area of the roof wrap that they said was done. They said if we leave for 4 more days they would order more wrap and redo it. That told me they were planning to give me the car with the wrap being messed up in that area. We agreed so they could fix it and a new pickup of Sep 29 at 7pm. When we arrived on the 29th, being almost dark, we saw only a few issues. The daughter of owner said she hates to ask us to leave it longer since they've had it for so long already. She offers to paint the gaps. I said absolutely not, if I ever want to have the wrap removed I'd have black paint all over my white car so she offers $150 off. I accepted with understanding those were the only issues and I couldn't be without a car any longer. Next day, 30th, check car and all the wrap is bubbled, peeling, overlapping, creases everywhere and some areas where they patched it instead of redoing for a continous piece. Took vehicle for quote to different vendor. All of it has to be removed and redone costing us $1500. Messaged owners on the 30th, included pics, respectfully requesting refund. We did not ask for them to pay additional for the PERMANENT damages they created all over my car from thier razors. They have not responded to us at all. They also had to take off $150 from the total for not finishing the handles, emblem, lettering, and rims. All pictures were taken the next day Saturday the 30th, and a few on Sunday the 1st. And we have alot more pictures than what I could upload for additional documentation. Pictures, invoices, and receipts attached.

      We have been aware of the discrepancies to the clients vehicles and have taken the necessary actions to resolve this matter. We were not aware that our contract installer had put paint on the clients vehicle in order to fix certain problem areas. I did suggest possibly applying a easy removal paint as as that suggestion was relayed to me by my contract worker however I did not allow the worker to do so until the client was made aware and agreed. We have sympathized with our client and are very remorseful that we did not complete this job to their satisfaction. I have since talked to both ******* and ******* and worked out a resolution. I have attached our refund agreement signed by both parties. This matter has been resolved and requires no further action at this time.
