******************************** spayed a cat and caused severe trauma and left the cat with an open wound on it's abdomen. When client took cat back they were going to charge $300 to repair the damages that their clinic caused. Additionally *************** refused to speak with clients regular veterinarian about the situation. They sent the cat out of the clinic without resolving any of it's problems and told the owners if the cat became anemic to take it to an ***************** Horrible. What ever happened to "First do no harm"

The absolute WORST! Arrogant, dishonest and dirty facility. Lie, cheat n overcharge. They've butchered pets and some have died. Don't just walk away- RUN!!!

This place is. Pet care money put. Every time you bring your animal here there's always something else wrong with it besides what you originally paid for and your bill comes out to two and a half if not three times or more than what you originally were paying for. They offer no type of payment plans for all these added expenses and say they will not release your pet to you until you pay the bill and that incurs a $75 day overnight bill. This place seriously needs to be looked at on the better Business bureau and shut down if anything. Every single animal that I have brought here just to be fixed spay or neutered and ended up with something extra that they said they needed. And then asked how they were supposed to get blood out of a rock the lady just repeated what was wrong according to them to my pet. This place is horrible. I would give them no stars if you could but you can't leave any messages on this board without rating them. So the star rating that I had to give them was one because you can't give them less than that.

Horrible they are heartless and don't want to help with my cat bleeding after they did surgery to her, they want to charge ridiculous amounts for check on her They are unprofessional, heartless, some authority need to address all the bad experiences happening at that place, they come up with all kind of extras like vaccines, x-rays, antibiotics etc, etc and if you dont pay for all this they will no check up the pet, my kitten dye, and the other kitten i have to rush it to the city ER to be saved. Please some authority do something about this place.

Horrible service. We paid for an * Ray only which I believe was 245. After my wife asked for itemization she noticed that our dog was being charged for blood work but has already been done that same morning and provided the results. We were also being charged for a prescription, not sure how they can prescribe something without even having completed the * Rays. When my wife brought it up the lady in the front and explaining that blood was already completed and we had already been prescribed a prescription by another vet that same morning she was extremely rude and stated that she was would talk to the vet. A couple of minutes later she came back and said that services are being declined and we would be issued a refund. This is the worst Vet that weve ever been to. All we needed were * Rays, nothing more and they took it upon themselves to pad the invoice with unnecessary charges. The staff are extremely rude and the older lady at the front was the worst and should be reprimanded for her absolutely despicable customer service. These people prey on those that are low income and dont know any better.

After spending 4 hours here, for vaccines and a nail trim, I had an 11 am appointment, my dog was seen. After an hour in the back we heard him howling in pain, we sent him in with a muzzle on, he came back without it, and a nice story about how he's too aggressive, that we need to do something about him....the following pictures are of 1 severely MANGLED PAW, NOTICE , ONE NAIL COMPLETELY CUT OFF AND BLEEDING, ANOTHER ONE CUT TOO SHORT, ANOTHER CUT PAST THE DANGER POINT, one that looks like it was mangled by teeth. I'm reporting this to ANY AUTHORITY who will listen, and ANY NEWS CHANNEL . My dog was AGGRESSIVE, BECAUSE YOU SEVERELY HURT HIM. Update after Complaining about them severely hurting my dog, the veterinarian, REFUSED to give Tiger his shot certificate, tried to scold me and thru me out, Keeping the 386 dollars I paid him, as I was leaving I told a crowded room what they did, and how he is throwing me out...he had a staff member with dreadlocks and bigger than the blimp....PHYSICALLY PUSH ME OUT OF THE BUILDING. THIS EASTSIDE TRASH, KEPT THE MONEY AND MANGLED MY DOGS PAW. THEN refused to give Killer his shot certificate. The police have a report, NEXT UP THE **** ****, THE NEWS.....I'm a senior citizen, a 2 service veteran, disabled, and nursing 6 broken ribs.

I am unhappy with them they were supposed to spay my dog but didn't they even had it on paper that they did. Yesterday I took her in because she was showing signs of pregnancy. She was and they had to abort the puppies because of her age. So sad and I am thouroughly ticked off. Never again will I take my pets there.

they killed my puppy and am not the only one there are careless and horrible with really bad attitude this place needs to get shut down asap took my fur baby to get her spots up to date and spayed and she died the next day was calling and calling and noone would answer the phone my baby was a healthy puppy i have pictures !!!! THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN !!!LOOK AT THERE REVIEWS ON ******** i wish i did before take my poor baby SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN !!!OR GET PEOPLE WHO KNOW WHAT THERE DOING!
