I was told that if I ordered a USB or DVD product- that I would receive Basic training photos (from the entire 7.5 week timeline), graduation day photo's, and a flight photo. So I ordered. After more weeks than the timeline that was told (they said 6-8 weeks for receipt-but it took 12 weeks) I finally received my **** There were only 3 weeks worth of photo's on the **** NO Graduation photos, or entire flight photo. I emailed immediately on 8/15 and still have not gotten a response. I tried to email again on 8/22 and when I sent the email-it came back "undeliverable because the user inbox is full". So then I called and left a voicemail. I Still have not gotten any correspondence back from them. There are many others (on a ************** for Airforce moms) that are complaining about the same issue. Something needs to be done. They either need to deliver the products they promised (preferred- as these are memories that we as consumers want for our family) or they need to reimburse the money we paid. I am hopeful with contacting you that this will be rectified and this company will not be allowed to take advantage of other families. From their ****** rating-it seems like this is a common thing that they do, and it's unfortunate for the Military families involved. Please help!
