      Bought system five years ago and paid a premium for a life time parts and labor product. After five years resin tank started leaking. After a few calls and back and forth, **** sent his service team. They removed the tank and left us on bi-pass in the interim. **** was replaced for a charge of $295. This is not parts or labor but a service fee? We paid a good $2k more than we would have if we bought from someone else because their product was better and warrantied for life. Not the right way to conduct business. Honestly the equipment is nothing special or unique. It's no better than anyone else's product. They are not the manufacturer of any of it. Not what we were sold on five years ago. Service team are good guys and not to blame. Honestly it took them less than a hour all together to remove and replace the tank but cost us $295 which is shady. All things considered, I cannot recommend this company which is sad. If the unit we have fails again, we will weigh the cost of Clean Blu fix vs just getting a new one from a company that takes care of their customers **********************.

      If I could give less than one star I would!I had called and spoke to **** on June 14th, 2024 to come and fix my RO filter. He told me to message him with my name, address, the reason we needed them to make a visit, and the date/time we agreed to on the phone (June 20th between 12-2pm). I did just that on June 14th 2024 at 2:37 pm. He never responded or confirmed. Then on June 20th I messaged at 1:15 pm and said "I never received a confirmation, Just checking to see if someone is coming today." No response. I then called numerous times with no answer. I then called the number I found on the website and their technician answered saying I wasn't even on the schedule. The technician did say he could come but I was already waiting from 12-2 like **** said and I had other things to do. I canceled with the technician.I then called Garys number and the number on the website again a few times..... once again no response.**** finally decides to message me at 3:06 on June 20th with "Sorry for not letting you know, but we cant get there today. It will probably be next week. I will call you to reschedule. Sorry for any inconvenience Are y'all serious??!! That is how a business is run?I DO NOT recommend this company. They will definitely get you on the schedule and come install the most expensive part but god help you if you just need any other maintenance.
