      In December of 2021, Oasis installed a reverse osmosis system and filters. When installing the system, the employee cut into our plumbing (drain) line under our house in order to drain the system when needed. In bisecting our plumbing, the plumber changed his method and ran the drain line elsewhere. However, the employee failed to reclose the drain line, causing our sink and dishwasher to drain under our house. We didn't discover the leak until the water had been running under our house for close to three months. We informed Oasis directly of the problem, and they came to close the pipe drain. However, the accumulated water under the house caused our entire house and foundation to move, resulting in cosmetic damage throughout the house (broken floor tiles), doors no longer closing/door jambs no longer being square, and drywall cracking on seems and door frames. Our concern is with not only the cosmetic damage, but with the possibility of structural/foundation damage to our house, which creates a great expense, as well as prohibits us from insurance coverage in the future. The company's employee we are speaking with won't officially claim fault, though he has offered to personally fix our tile and is working to have another employee attempt to fix our doors. This is unacceptable behavior on their part, because they are unwilling to pay for damages accrued due to their installers mistake. We have proven the damages are a result of their failure to close our drain and he has visited my home and admitted informally to the cosmetic damages being their fault. He's unwilling to pay for a structural engineer to inspect our foundation to ensure there is no permanent damage. Meanwhile, our insurance policy will not cover any damages due to this problem created solely by a faulty installation procedure by Oasis' employee.
