I called to have my air conditioning fixed they came out and looked at it and ordered a part when asked why I was being charged labor when the warranty said parts and labor. I was told by the gentleman on the phone that it was because we had called and said it was leaking water on the carpet and used someone else to work on the unit. I explained it was a clogged line going into the backyard and we ran ****** down the line and it worked and that is why we didn't need them to come out. Then he put me on hold and when he returned to the phone it was now a maintenance issue. He said that it requires yearly maintenance. I explained that evey year we have had them out for repairs and thought that was done. They refused to honor the warranty and suggested I get another person that works with the warranty. I asked if they would do the repair, and if the company refused to honor then we would pay and they declined. I feel that they were being unethical and were just wanting to charge and was not going to even try to get the warranty paid.Business response

This has been resolved between us and the customer, unfortunately it was a frustrating situation at the time and she has been taken care of and is satisfied. She let us know that she tried to cancel the complaint, but wasn't able to, however she emailed the BBB to give the update that it has been taken care of and she is satisfied.
