Me and my girlfriend were applying to Autumn Chase with hopes of living there, and during the application process were told we have to pay the $200 deposit fee. We split the fee, with each of us paying $100. We ended up not being able to lease with them due to guarantor issues, and the leasing agent told us we would get our deposit refunded within the next thirty days. At the time of this complaint it has been almost two months, and I've called multiple times only to be told they have already refunded us, which they have not. My girlfriend, ***************************************, got her $100 back last week from doing a complaint through BBB.Initial Complaint

In April 2022, I applied for an unit at Autumn Chase Townhomes with my boyfriend. We each paid $100 for the deposit, $200 in total. However, on May 13, 2022 they closed our application. That was fine. They said in an email we would get our deposit back in a month or sooner. Its already been over a month still no deposit. I called on June 13th and they said their records show they already have sent it. Then, after I told them I still havent received it, the person I was on the phone with said they would call me back after talking to corporate. Never got a call back that day.
