I work in IT and moved to a new apartment that only had astound. I should have found another place because the level of service you get from astound is deplorable. while I was working from home as a tech consultant, I had to transition to office work solely because of the failures of astound. I was constantly lagging, dropping calls, and had to take days off work because astound was having an outage with no ETA for service to return. I have called and chatted and emailed as many times as I can, but the truth is this company is not worth your time, money, or dedication. I have already written to the property managers at my complex to drop astound from their contract because this company is ruining the image and living of so many others. as a tip, avoid astound at all costs unless you like throwing money into a garbage can and receiving subpar service in return (that is when there isnt outages). If I could, Id terminate my contract immediately with astound and switch to any other company possible. I do not recommend, nor do I advise you choose astound as an IT consultant.
