I have spent thousands of dollars at Brahmin, the company lost my purse when I sent it to its repair department. I was provided an email with a $100 credit but told conflicting information; that it had to be redeemed online then it could be redeemed in the store. I have spoken to management twice in the repair department one regarding concerns that no one answers the phone so its been impossible to call and facilitate and order per the manager they have very limited staff in the repair **************** manager in *************** ***** ******** was very nice and advised me this past Saturday that she would take care the bag of my choice at her store due to the inconvenience of me coming to her store twice over this matter and that she had spoken to customer service herself and got approval to resolve at the store level. I picked out a purse Saturday but could not obtain the purse as I was now told I needed a bar code from customer service. Called fourth time today spoke with ***** senior repair who did not try to resolve but patronize me over the matter which was offense she spoke with her supervisor and told me to go back to the story manager when I objected telling her I am in the middle as the manger sent me an email attached directing me back to customer service ***** said she would need to contact the head honchos and see what their response was this experience had been time consuming for me as a business owner and very frustrating. Item shipped by UPS on 10/24/2021 from San Marcos with a request for a signature capture. Signature provided by UPS is not my signature. (see attached document from UPS) Attached is a document showing my legal signature (Indiana driver's license). Requesting a credit to my Chase card.
