    I delivered a ****** trailblazer 325 to the matheson tri gas ********** location at the end of this past year. Months later we picked the machine up and paid around $1900. We tried to use the machine and it had the same issues as before. I gave a very detailed description of what the machine was doing and jime at matheson did not relay that to the company. The description given by **** and matheson was very vague. There were a lot of unnecessary parts and labor put into the machine that did not fix the problem. We sent the machine back. **** calls me a month later with another quote of around $1900 to repair the machine . When I expressed my disapproval of the price jime then assured me that he spoke with the owner of the machine repair and I would not have to pay the full amount due to the first $1900 I paid being completely unnecessary. I received a phone call from the ********** location yesterday saying the machine was ready and the total was around $1900 once again. I again expressed my disapproval. **** told me that was the best he could do . In total they have had this machine for over 4 months and i have lost money during that time do to the lengthy and unnecessary repairs. I feel that i have completely been wronged in this situation. I sent my machine off to professionals to avoid this exact situation and here we are. I should not be liable for matheson tri gas mistakes and ignorance. The ********** location is not taking accountability for the mistakes that they made and are trying to get the customers to pay for their mistakes. Id like to issue a formal complaint against **** and the other employees at the ********** location. I was lied to multiple times about the communication between **** and the company working on the machine. The machine is still not functioning and this will be the third time its been back. When I asked to speak to his boss i was denied access to anyone above him and was told this was the best they could do.
