Went to several RV dealers, including multiple of their locations. Walking in everyone was friendly and nice. Especially ****** in sales, straight forward, honest, and actually cared. First salesman like this, never pushy either. Told him our requirements (limited truck) so trailer can only be so much, and he showed ** mostly everything they had. Found a smaller trailer on their site, I assume they recently got and worked a cash deal for it. Handed them a cashiers check that they clearly don't know what it is and kept getting rejected because their bank and their accounting are incompetent's. The sales manager after I spent hours during fourth of July weekend calling my bank, that I've never had any sort of problems with, yet alone a cashiers check, had the audacity to insult my cashiers check as "just a piece of paper". Is that what you tell your financing customers too? A cashiers check is certified cash funds sitting in a escrow account waiting to be cashed or deposited. Their entire set up has no communication or idea of how to sell properly. Apparently I'm a criminal for trying to defraud them with a fake/cancelled cashiers check, how smart are they. Take your business elsewhere. No wonder they don't have any BBB accreditation!

The issue with the cashiers check was between banks and this was explained to the best of our ability with what the banks provided us. The Managers involved were only trying to facilitate the transaction and we apologize if anything said came across as accusatory. We have a very competent accounting team but they cannot override what the financial institutions do with a cashiers check, especially on a holiday weekend. We have operated financially sound for 60 years. The managers involved never knew that they insulted you and assumed everything was understood. They thought they had explained to you what happened when they hand delivered the check and thought everyone was on the same page. We didn't enjoy the banking situation any more than you did and apologize that you felt the need to post this review.
