    I lived at Wagon Master RV Park from July 2020 to Feb 2022. Jan 11, 2022 I accepted a job away from North Texas. I sent an email notice of me leaving Wagon Master on Jan 10, 2022. I called Wagon Master to confirm they received my email. Teresa picked up the phone and said it hasn't come through but added we do the honor system here. With me telling her I am leaving in a month, it works just as well. I showed up to the office Jan 17 to and spoke with Teresa and another lady at the front desk to make sure everything was still good on my notice, I was assured all is good. About that time, the manager Patti came around saying she heard I was leaving. It was sad to see me go since I was one of the better tenants. I asked her if there is anything I needed to do since I gave my notice, she mentioned she has put me on a weekly status and to just come by when I leave. On Feb 8, 2022, I came by to let them know I was leaving. Patti and the other ladies mentioned I should put a review on the website, they have never had anyone full time leave a review. I had a great experience during my time here so I did consider it. However, I never received my refund from leaving on Feb 8, 2022 as promised. I reached out to Wagon Master through email and they replied they do not give refunds for people who do not give 15 day notice. I did give a 15 day notice and then some since I reached out on Jan 10, 2022. Wagon Master took my whole month rent of Feb with no refund, then had moved another RV into the spot before Feb 24, 2022. Since I did not get a refund, Wagon Master has double dipped having me pay and having another family paying for the spot I was in. The company has been known to do this with other people, but I would not believe it since they treated me so good for the couple years I have been there. I have now been a witness and experienced the greed this company has. Do not let the smile welcome and the smooth talk of this office make you think you are an important customer,
