On 2/28/2024 I went into Blackjack speed shop, 4 tires and 4 shocks installed. $100 worth of labor costs but was there for 3-31/2 hours, usually $100 worth of labor is an hour right? I encountered, my proposal was completely different then my invoice in terms of costs and part names, which doesn't make sense. ***** didn't seem like he once had my best interests in hand, I had a 3 week old tire on my front left, and a pair of 3/4 tire tread on my back set. He went ahead and charged me for tire disposal and got astonished at the fact I questioned what was going to occur with the useable tires considering I was wanting to just resell the basically brand-new tire. He said he could take off the $15 tire disposal cost but to me it's principal, respect goes far considering I don't like to play games. I noticed the *** line hanging right next to the wheel, just seems hazardous and is a great example showing my best interests weren't in hand, he eagerly gave me a quote on work to be done on my front end, but never questioned to me he could get it repaired for me included with the work already being done. later that day when pulling into town I hit stop and go traffic. My transmission going into 2nd gear started slipping and hit into gear as high as 3000 rpms at least 11 times. The incident occurred a couple other times, up until I stopped at a local mechanic and had him take a look at why, my transmission oil was basically dry. Considering my oil is 76% oil life and my odometer was rolled forward just before my next oil change mile. It's been occasionally slipping since. I tried unlocking my passenger door later that day and noticed my locking mechanism wasn't on the railing, it was prior of taking it in. The brackets at the top right corner were broken in a few different places and could pull it back an inch. I noticed theirs a big sway from the cab to the wheel track when going around corners way more than it should, and I've not once had this issue prior of taking it in.Initial Complaint

I ordered an exhaust for my car that they said it was no problem to install. Returned the car back to me with the engine light on, blown fuse, exhaust hanging lower on right side and the active exhaust valves dont work
