My representative, *****, was amazingly proactive in making sure I was refunded when I had to repair rock chips in my windshield before my protection policy had been fully processed on my new car. I had a satisfying service. Rep was really helpful and quick in setting up claim. People complain but site clearly states that Crack larger than 6" not covered. Kind was less and it was hassle free fix. Hope future needs stay the same.Cal-Tex Protective Coatings Response

The Cal-Tex rep came out to my home and removed all spots on interior upholstery covered by our warrenty in a timely and professional manner.
