      ON 9/1/22, I WENT TO HAVE MY REGULAR DENTAL EXAM AT STRAHLER DENTAL PARTNERS. I WAS TOLD BEFORE I **ULD HAVE MY EXAM, I HAD TO PAY $334 UP FRONT EVEN THOUGH I HAVE A N EXCELLENT DENTAL INSURANCE IN WHICH I PAY EVERY MONTH, IN ADDITION TO THE UP-FRONT FEE REQUEST OF $334. ******** THE FRONT RECEPTIONIST INSURED ME THAT ONCE SHE SUBMIT THE CLAIM FOR ME PAYING OUT OF POCKET, I WILL BE SENT A CHECK TO PAY FOR THE **** BEFORE THE **** WILL APPEAR ON MY CREDIT CARD STATEMENT. ON 9/23/22, I CALLED ******** BACK AND SHE TOLD ME SHE SENT THE ****/CLAIM TO MY PRIMARY INSURANCE. I DO NOT HAVE A DENTAL PLAN WITH MY PRIMARY INSURANCE. ******** ASSURED ME ON THAT DAY SHE WILL BE SENDING THE CLAIM TO MY GHEA DENTAL INSURANCE **** WHICH SHE SHOULD HAVE DONE IN THE BEGINNING. ON 10/7/22, I CALLED BY GHEA DENTAL INSURANCE ONLY TO FIND OUT, ******** STILL HAS NOT SUBMITTED THE CLAIM. ON 10/11/22, I CALLED MY PRIMARY INSURANCE **. *************** SHIELD TO HELP WITH THE SITUATION. THE REPRESENTATIVE ****** CALLED ******** TO HELP WITH MY SITUATION. APPARENTLY, ******** SENT MY CLAIM TO THE WRONG INSURANCE ** TO A WHOLE DIFFERENT STATE (*********** **) EVEN THOUGH ALL MY INSURANCE IS **NNECTED TO WHERE I REISDE *****. ******, **ULD NOT LOOK AT MY CLAIM SINCE IT'S NOT IN HER AREA. SHE CALL A REPRESENTATIVE IN MO AND THEY DO NOT SEE THE CLAIM. IT'S BEEN OVER A MONTH AND I'M STILL PAYING INTEREST CHARGES ON MY CREDIT CARD DUE TO THE NEGLIGANCE OF ********* ON 10/12/22 ******, CALLED ME AT 9:03 AM AND STATED SHE REQUESTED THE **DES FROM ******** SO THAT THE CLAIM **ULD BE EXPEDITED. ******** STATED SHE DID NOT HAVE THE DIAGNOSIS **DE WHICH IS THE MAIN **DE NEEDED FOR THE CLAIM. IN FACT, ******** STATED SHE DOES NOT KNOW WHAT A DIAGNOSIS **DE IS? NOW I WAS TOLD IT WILL PROBABLY BE ANOTHER MONTH OR 2 AS THE PROCESS HAS TO START ALL OVER THERE SHOULD BE SOME KIND OF CREDIT FOR ALL THE ****** NEGLIGENCE AND STRESS THIS HAS CAUSED. THEY WANTED THEIR FEE UPFRONT, WHILE I'M STILL WAITING

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

       

      I have been in touch with Strahler Dental Partners. Due to a misunderstanding, we have come to a resolution in which I am completely satisfied and the matter has been resolved. I would like to further mention, because of their immediate attention and concernI highly recommend Strahler Dental Partners, their entire Friendly staff and impeccable Service. I personally will continue to use them for my dental needs.
