recent discovery to confirm old claim that company argued with me about repairs to my home, their was $6,647.50, in plumbing repairs to my home to include the following: Description Unit Cost Quantity Line Total, Created 1 access hole in front of home and excavated 15 feet exposing both restrooms. Repaired broken fittings on building drain system using schedule 40 PVC pipe, fittings and shielded clamp alls.Once repairs were made an inspector went out and made sure all repairs were up to code and there were no violations. Once inspection passed excavation crew went out and backfilled tunnel with native soil. Access Hole $400.00 x 1 = $400.00, Tunnel Per Foot $300.00 x15 = $4,500.00, Repairs $1,047.50 x1 = $1,047.50, Inspection $200.00 x1 =$200.00 Engineer Letter $500.00 x1 = $500.00. During a recent(07/31/23) plumbing issue sink and toilets backing up, called a certified plumbing company to come take a look, assuming it was just a clogged drain but a simple fix since I have practically new plumbing specifically to the said problem area. technician sets up video feed to verify if an issue is present in the main line. upon 4.2ft in he asked me to come here and view the image, upon review it was noticed of a collapsed/cracked pipes, due to improper line burial. After further review, it was found to have be missing hangers, proper sealant on connection pieces, proper burial(code violations) flow of water has been going for quite some time causing issues in the home and under the home to new foundation. in the past upon I noticed several inconsistencies with the plumbing invoice amount/description, no new plumbing lines were ran only line that is new is the release value, plumbing in both bathrooms are as is(before said company came to do repairs.) company was also asked to replace gasoline per foundation team, upon arrival it was noticed, valve was completely detached from gas meter, leaving my children and myself with out heat for a week. company stopped responding.Customer response
